So late last night I decided to order a couple of SS Nemesis clones and an Aerotank Mega clone for my Wife. 15 minutes later I had a change of heart and emailed Doris to ask if she I could cancel my order. She responded saying they already collected the Nemesis clones and that they were waiting for the Mega. She said if I cancel only the Mega she would throw in a freebie.

Question is this: I recently stacked my purple Efest 18350s in my Vamo v5 and I love it. What will I be gaining (aside from the ability to sub-ohm and smaller form factor) by using a Nemesis clone? This would be my first Mech mod BTW, I have no experience with them (yet).

So question for everybody: Do you know what that mod is that he's using? I want it.

You can't link FC from ECF .. you have to open a new tab and type in the url, or parse the link

Aside from sub ohm capabilities, the beauty of a mechanical is that there is no circuitry, and so no boards or chips to worry about breaking, and rendering your device useless. With a mechanical, you just don't need to worry about these things. You might have a replace a spring, or a magnet, but you will basically have the mech forever, while the regulated PV has a shelf life.

And Mechs looks better than most PV's do, and are not as large. My Vamo in 350 mode is still bigger than any 18650 mech that I own ... form factor ;-)

Yeah I don't know what's going on but you can go right to the "forum" pages here--> Focalvapor and see the review. I'm sure the people at focal can see them and that's what really matters. Well.... I guess it would be good for folks looking to buy them also know they are FUBAR.

I was one of the lucky ones with the DaVapes Poldiac. Mine has survived 8 or 9 months of abuse and still performs flawlessly. That poor thing has probably seen as much use as all my other mods combined. I really wish I could recommend it, but too many people have had trouble.

Most of the people who had trouble with the DaVapes clone tried to do low sub-ohm with them and the delrin plastic parts used in the switch head can not handle the heat this creates and the plastic will melt. The real Poldiacs come with Peek plastic parts. The 510 positive contact screw is not reverse threaded like the authentics and will screw down when an atomizer is screwed on the mod and lose contact. This can be avoided by putting a small oring under said screw. The switch head on Poldiacs is quite complicated and it has to be reassembled correctly when it is taken apart for cleaning. Also a lot of users of these clones did not understand them and started trying to modify them.
I have one of these DaVapes clones and I liked it so much that within a month after getting it, I purchased two of the real Poldiacs. The only mod I have ever used that is as good as the authentic Poldiacs is the bottom button Nanos also made my MMVapors. I am so thankful for the DaVapes clone, because without it I would have never discovered the real Poldiac.

That's OK, Nikki - pass. It's custom made/custom engraved with anything you want, and I think the guy only makes 25 at a time. About 150 EUROS. Nice touch switch (like on the Saber Touch), some electronic protection built in, but only 20mm. And I'm too broke for all of that.

Hey Nelson .. I mentioned the Plume veil and the fact that they should get it from Acerig, the only problem is, the same people responsible for the crappy Manhattan, are the same people who already ordered a Plume veil, as per Doris. No idea where it is coming from though.

I was also looking at iJoye, I am familiar with them, but Doris said that there prices were very high .. The other problem is, neither Acerig nor iJoye supply to domestic markets, meaning China. The will only supply to North America and Europe. If FC did not have the US warehouse, there would be no Acerig Manhattan. There is the possibility of getting it through a supplier, but it would be like an accident because suppliers don't give out manufacturer names, for fear you will go straight to them.

thanks for looking into it Nikki. I almost ordered a sample of the rose yesterday but, they wanted $40 and 25 for shipping... to much of a risk for an unknown product. i'm sure they'll be sold somewhere soon. I appreciate that you looked into it though
