I actually had to order the SS and Copper sets from the other place because on FC theirs were from a different manufacturer. I could tell because the logos were centered on the FC versions. I'm glad I did because now my sets are completely interchangeable and I can do different configurations between them like pictured above
I've been reconsidering getting either the polished stainless or black Fire of Life (why don't they just say Ember style like they do with so many other clones) just so I have a 23mm mod for my Taifun, just to make some people happy
Then I think that neither would look good with the blue, but they might go with the gold Taifun instead. I'm thinking black would look better. Which finally gets to my question... How difficult, time consuming, was it to fix the black version with the copper tape? Next does No-ox-id (I'd think that'd be better than Nolox since that's designed for aluminum) make that much difference? Is it worth the $20 it'd cost to get some? This is coming from someone who tries to spend just $25 a month for 120-150ml e-liquid because that's what I can afford.
Finally, I could have said that I was going to use the Taifun on my Nemi. What do you think, would 23mm on 18mm look odd?
How about suggestions for a brass 23mm mod that doesn't have a switch that requires superhuman strength to fire? Just in case the Manhattan that just arrived is 23mm, I know I'd have problems with the switch.

Nolax helps, but doesn't do that much by itself on painted threads, also you can strip the paint off the threads, but that takes a lot of time though, copper tape makes the biggest difference, I got a roll of amazon for $8 and it made a very noticeable difference, if I didn't have the copper tape, I would never buy another mod with painted threads, as mods do suck when they paint the threads.
It only takes a few minutes to add the copper tape, you only need a thin strip, run the length of the tube, making sure it is on the the threads of the tube too, of course it will come off the threads over time and need to be re-done, but that $8 roll of copper tape will last a really long time.

I've been eyeing the copper Sir Lancelot before it got clones. I'm a sword junkie. But it looks nice. Maybe that, Skeleton Key, and them Cartels Drifter is posting is killing me. Ugh so mad at myself for not getting them awhile back. All good. I can just look at Drifters porn.

They have the black Lancelot on ebay for $50, I will wait though, sure it will get cheaper, and already eyeing several mods, my wish list keeps getting longer now a days, when first got into mechs, wasn't that many black mods, now they are getting more common, which is good for more selection, but bad for my wallet though and now have to decided what to get first 
Hmmm, what about a Cartel in brass for the blue Taifun? Or would the tapered top look weird because it'd go down to 22mm and then have the 23mm Taifun on it?

It's pretty easy once you get the first wrap. It's keeping them together after lol. I'm building another as we speak. Just saw that video of VapeHappys setup blocking one air hole side with cotton and using single coil mode. It's in the TOBH thread I posted right underneath it.
Talking about all these 22mm, 23mm and love handle on mods. There is something definitely wrong with mines because it got hips like no tomorrow. Woo Wee

The cheapest setup was ±$20 for 16" cube. Probably OK for one mod, but not for family photos. But since I don't even have the one...
