Aha .. didn't hear about the "nichrome only" thing. But to be honest this new temperature control feature doesn't really move me at all. I don't find that I have any temperature issues with my current regulated devices that would lead me to believe that this feature is something that I want or need. My interest, in any would be the overall quality of an Evolv chip.

Temp control aside, the DNA40 has some other new features as well. 1.) Reverse battery protection 2.) Buck capability 3.) Obviously 10w more output power.

I don't need the extra 10W but I figure if I'm going to pay they them to do the work anyways I might as well get the new chip in it. I don't know if I'll use the heat control feature but at least it's an option. From what I hear they are only going to ask $10 more for the dna 40.
Didn't know that the delta on the cost was only $10. If I was going to get the upgrade I'd probably decide to go for the DNA40 also at that point too. Although I think you'll want the 18650 tube for it at that point otherwise you'll be swapping batteries every hour ;)

Decided to give SS mesh wicking another shot so this morning I rebuilt my Sat22 to run on the Robbot ZNA :)

Was shooting for something simple in the 0.8 - 1.0 ohm range, decided to try this:

If you like this coil app you can check it out here: Coil Toy - Online calculator for e-cigarette resistance coil building

So this is what it looks like built, came out to 0.8 ohms :D

Flavor and vape are enjoyable, just got to remember to do the "Genny Tilt" with this build ;)

Took a couple porn shots of it in the morning sun, hope you like them :)

What kind of shipping time should I expect to the states?

My shipping times to the East Coast USA have averaged around 3 weeks with the free shipping option.

In other news, the description was corrected for the Little Boy atty clone and it no longer re-directs to another site to purchase it. For around $6 (don't forget to use the 'fcvapingcheap' discount code) I won't expect too much but it looks identical to the ones that are nearly twice as much on FT.

Read a little of the thread then jumped on there and ordered the Anubis clone I love the look of that thing!

I've placed around 15 orders, and nearly all of them I have got within 2 weeks, but with joys of ordering from china, there can be hold ups, and with christmas fast approaching, things will take longer very soon.

    I really love this one!!!

That is sweet, although still pricey.

I think this device has the potential to cause a few to change their budget limits .. It is pricey, but if they nail the quality it may be worth it. Also .. SXK have confirmed that they have a horse in this particular race. I don't have any detailed info yet, but I did email them for deets :)

If I had realized earlier that you weren't running a traditional mesh build in your Genesis, I would have given you crap about that! I started rebuilding with Genesis styles, and it is a sacrilege to not use mesh :rules:

Yosen is tossing me a SAT to go with the Zero do this is going to be the first time since May that I will use a Genny ... I am looking forward to actually, Genesis styles are still the purest flavor producers in my book. The Kraken is still the best Genny that I have ever used though. :)

I have my Sat built with cotton, I can't stand the taste of mesh.

With the EUB shipping option, my shipments usually arrive in 6-10 days once shipped. EUB is the only shipping option that I recommend, and its free with tracking. :)

I have heard several say this about mesh, but I don't taste anything aside from my juice when I use it. I did try cotton in a Genny once and I didn't like it much, although it is easier to build that way.

I would still be using Genny's if most of them came with larger air flow. The Kraken is the only one with the kind of air flow that I like.

Isn't it the Satellite that hybrids onto a real ZNA 30, that is it screws on in place of the top cap? And the robbot has the Z2 threading, right? Or am I completely confused and its some other RDA that hybrids with the Zen?

I keep looking at the Sat 22 and think about it but I missed out on the whole genny craze 2 years ago and working with stainless steel mesh and torching it and that operation just doesn't appeal. Can those things be wicked with rayon or cotton or readyX or something that doesn't require all the work mesh does?

I'm rather happy with my Kayfun lites and Taifuns and Rose and Fogger V4 but I'm still willing to try something else. I don't really care for drippers, too much work filling too often although I've been looking at the Big Dripper with its dripping tank feature. I do like my 3D on a Nemesis clone with its pseudo squonk tank, but 1.5ml just isn't a big enough tank.
