Roxy indicated that mine is in the same packaging hers was in. Definitely not the same as yours:
Mine does have the o-rings pre-installed though and there is a spare set in the parts bag. The only real issue I can identify is the 510 pin being too short.
Yeah, that is why I asked to clarify because it seems all there is a different set of issues depending on which Squape R was received ... I didn't have any pin length issues with mine, just the missing orings and the loose tolerances on the posts. This would also explain why Roxy said that her orings were the right size, while mine were not .. two different manufacturers.
And your intuition called it because I remember when you expressed that you hoped that FC wouldn't change suppliers on this one, and that is what happened. Although they didn't change suppliers, it was the supplier who changed their source of supply because Ivogo stopped making it. I wasn't all that impressed with mine, but it seems that it had the lesser of the issues. Sowwy honey

That's strange, as love how simple mine has been to fill the tank up, I see a very small amount of juice come out of the 2nd hole if filling it to fast, but that's it, wish all my tanks could have the fill top on them.
Nikki, I did assume your o rings were like mine. I did the same thing you did, and went looking through my stash of spares because I was convinced they were much too loose. And none of my spares were right either. So I went back to it and one of the white ones went in, and I said you've got to be kidding me! I would've bet money there were much too loose . I guess some of the clones, they really were though.

Yeah, but do you think you'd still be having the problems you've been having if you had the right-sized pin and proper insulator/gasket thingie to keep it from wobbling?
I'm asking, because all I have are mechs. I just got mine from FT today and it's prettty much like inswva's (short pin, everything else looks OK). Do I keep this little monster and try to fix it, or just return it? And if I kept it, would it be worth all the trouble?
Oh, FT...they sent my Vapelyfe mod with mismatched serial numbers!
I knew of this possibility going in, so I submitted a ticket requesting one with matching #s. They said "sure, no problem." THEY LIED!
I know it won't matter in use, but damn, it really bothers me seeing them all in a row like that. The #s are in the front of this mod and I can't even sand it off (clearcoated).

Help with using new top fill cap for kayfun. I'm apparently stupid and did it wrong, flooding the whole thing.
What's the proper fill procedure for using one? I blocked the airholes my second time and it worked. But, if someone could spell it out for me, much appreciation
It is build specific, depending on how you wick it. On my first try I had the wicking perfect for top filling. Didn't have to cover anything and not a drop spilled. Next time I re-wicked I didn't even think it would affect filling, so I went ahead and filled without covering anything. Spent the next hour finding all the places I spilled juice.I am using 1 on my orchid and I don't block any holes when filling, but I am gentle filling, not trying to force it in to fast, I loved this top fill cap, I ordered another to go with the orchid v4 I got coming

On my current build, which is loosely wicked, I have to cover both air holes AND the drip tip opening. I take off the drip tip to give the bottle and my fat fingers more clearance, but this way I don't flood/spill more than 2 drops. Now that I have that figured out the V2 and V4 I ordered just showed up. Now I have two more variations to figure out how to screw up and spill juice.

Yup .. it came directly from ACE SMOK for review, and yes I have also seen the sketchy reviews, but its 2 and 2. I read 2 great reviews, and 2 sketchy reviews, and watched one absurd youtube review that had me convinced that the reviewer is a vendor himself .. it was truly the most absurd video review I have ever watched.
Funny how it came about .. I have been eyeing this on Alibaba since before it officially released, came across it again a week ago and contacted ACESMOK. I told them that I was interested in a review and they told me someone had reviewed it and gave me the link to youtube. That reviewer basically said that its an unregulated box mod with no short circuit protection, but at the same time that it was great and he was a huge fan!
So when I told ACE what they reviewer actually had to say about it, they insisted that he was wrong and asked me to do a review What ever it is, I shall tell it like it is ;-) I have not started using it yet, but I will be testing it thoroughly through the entire wattage range. I already got a good laugh from "Designed in Italy, assembled in China" written on the gift box and the device

But its appearance is much nicer than anything I'm seeing offered by either focalecig or FT. The Erl seems to be an interesting atomizer that has potential and doesn't seem to have all the quirks like the Rose V2 or Squape Reloaded.
Speaking of SqR, what's the magic required to change out the deck? For that matter, anything other than the too short center pin I need to be aware of? TIA

I used a rubber thingy for getting lids off jars to get the deck off. I lubed it with e juice before I put it back on.

I will definitely provide updates on the screws I'm hoping to use to replace the 510 pin. The guy who inspired me to order some just got his in today and the heads are too big. I don't know where he ordered his but I suspect mine will be the same. Nothing a little grinding with a Dremel can't fix, I imagine. Assuming the vendor ships them tomorrow, I should have them later this week.
The decks are a kind of a PITA to swap. If I get the thing running, I plan on keeping the W deck on there long term.
