Received my Slug clone this morning. It is awesome. Shenxi knocked this thing out of the park. Easily the best quality clone I've ever laid hands on. I'm not sure how the OG could be any better than this. It has some heft, feels great in the hand, and hits like a monster. My only gripe is a tiny amount of battery rattle. Definitely worth the cash. I absolutely love this thing. Shenxi make a copper one now which I'm hoping will show up on FC soon.

I also subtracted a mod from the collection today. I parted with my FC Hana clone - I loved the thing but I was able to sell it for pretty much what the new ones are going for and figured my window of opportunity to recoup most of my money was closing fairly quickly. So, I'm going to use this as an opportunity to add another smallish regulated mod. I'm not sure if I want a ZNA clone or if I want to pre-order the ipv Mini. I had considered a Zero but think I'll wait to see how the revised chip works out.

I'm potentially interested in the FC ZNA50 which went up a few days ago. Unfortunately, it is out of stock right now. Anyone know who makes it? Ms. Nicole? Hopefully they are re-stocked soon.

Got the imgur account. Got the white Lancelot and Sat22. Got a Samsung Galaxy S5. About ready to take porn. What do you folks do to keep the mod standing, use as backgrounds, etc? What's a good file size and / or resolution? I'm sure that nobody wants the 10M sized files.

The ipv mini seems like a good deal. Its cheaper than any of us could buy a decent board for if we paid retail. I also really like the Yihi boards.

I am surprised that you guys like this one (crossing mod) .. Cigreen sent Doris a video demo of it like two/three weeks ago, she showed it to me and I was like "no". I liked the wood version much better, but I felt they ruined it by putting Cigreen in big letters on the front.

From your lips to Yosen's ears .. I would love to test the new chip, and since I have the old one to compare it to I would be able to tell if its really better or not.

The last one was 84 and hobbled up to me on a cane in Walmart. Wanted to know if he could take me to dinner. At least it was easy for me to briskly walk away after politely declining . He couldn't follow me.

I would wait on the IPV Mini and the ZNA 50 for a bit .. FC is interested in the IPV Mini but it will not be out of production until the first week of December and they don't want to do a pre-order for it. They would have gotten samples already if they were available. Also FC is getting the Robbot ZNA 50 .. unless you prefer the aluminum no name one. No idea who makes that one other ZNA 50 either.

Hmm .. wish I could answer that but I haven't built the SAT just yet, and my Erl is still in transit. But I my guesses is that these are two totally different animals being that one is a Genny and the other a bottom coil. I have already heard that the Erl flavor is not as good a Kayfun, and most Gennies regardless of make are usually stellar, pure flavor producers.

My opinion is the Erlk has much better flavor than the kayfun. I haven't tried any gennies yet though.

So after seeing a recent post from inswva about the SMPL copper performing quite well (thanks for that, btw), I noticed a new listing today for one at nearly half the cost... I bit, of course. I don't own a hybrid mod yet and this seems like a decent and cheap way to try one out. They look very similar based on their pictures.

I'll post my impressions when it arrives, but will probably take around three weeks (extra week of processing time stated).

I don't own a hybrid mod yet and this seems like a decent and cheap way to try one out. They look very similar based on their pictures.

I'm not sure what the differences are between the two. The engraving on the button doesn't appear to be as precise and the copper finish looks a bit different (mine is clear coated). May be just the pics. I certainly think mine is worth every bit of the $20 it cost me.

Well, Doris replied to my inquiry regarding the out of stock ZNA50... she said it had issues with the chip and FC would not be re-stocking that mod until the issues are resolved. However, she indicated FC would be dropping a 50W Robbot. Guess I'll wait for that one.

If I got a sat, it would be a micro coil, vertical with cotton. I dont mess with mesh. Too expensive just for a wicking material.

Stick'em in a zip lock bag and save'em for later. I rarely roll up a new mesh wick. The only real waste I have is the mesh sleeves used on wire rope builds. Could always salvage those too.

... but... yeah... initial cost quite a bit higher than a lifetime supply of cotton or rayon.
