I got my Orchid v4 a couple days ago and today's is day 1 at work. The flavor is great, good or better than my other RTAs (Aqua, Taifun GT, KFL, FeV v2 clones) with much better airflow. Ive had it leak on a fill already so not the the perfect RTA but darn good. I swapped to the PMMA set I had for the KFL, what a weight difference!

How many of you have a coil jig? Worth buying one?

I probably wouldn't have if it cost more than the $4 I spent (I wanted red  )
It makes it easer to apply tension to your wraps when one leg is screwed down, and it's nice conveniently having the mandrels I need in one tiny gizmo.

Lately I've wrapped two coils where I overlapped one. I suspect its due to my brain not getting enough glucose. I've done quite a few really stupid things lately.

No test results yet on the diabetes.

Probably should wait for those and see if I'm back to normal again before wasting money. Until recently I was wrapping very pretty coils.

I was actually surprised with one the other day, my GF found the "artistic coiling gizmo" at a craft store (Pat Catan's maybe?). I've definitely wrapped my own coils for a few months, but I haven't hand-wrapped one since owning the little guy. It makes extremely tight contact coils; I checked one out under a microscope, and every wrap was absolutely touching the next. If you're a big fan of uniformity, it's quite nice.

I was too lazy to get one shipped, but I'm quite happy using one.

Now, if you're talking about that block with pegs sticking out of it, I'm not sure I would bother.
