But would you know about the orchids? For some reason, I've been jonesing for a kayfun style atty. but I want it small like the kayfun lite with the nano kit. But it also has to have awesome airflow. There are too many versions for me to run down. I originally wanted the Infinite Orchid, but now... I'm no longer afraid of cheap clones especially drippers and tanks and I have some patience now that I've enough gear to play with through the shipping wait. So, which orchid, or Kayfun like atty will get it for me.

Also, who has used and spiked the Lancia?

* tries very hard to ignore the existence of zero's and variants *
Two of my three Kayfuns are collecting dust since I got the Orchids. I keep one in rotation for using in 18350 mode, those little batteries don't handle the dual coils of the Orchid well.

I have a Tobeco V1 with a top fill cap, the $12 V2 from FC, and two $14 V4's from FC. All perform similarly and well, once you get the wicking right for your setup and juice. The V4's are a little harder (take longer) to fill because of the limited clearance between the chimney and the plastic tank section, but you don't have to fill them as often. The V4's have become my daily drivers.

Nikki, has your IN'AX Nano shipped yet? I'm on day five of "collecting products now". Anyone else order the IN'AX?

Apparently, some of the US based vendors I've ordered from this week have caught the shipping delay bug as well. Ordered some 26650 batteries on Monday and they haven't shipped yet. Ordered a copper 2six clone, also on Monday, and it has yet to ship. Give me my stuff!

Yeah, me too. I ordered a single in-stock item on Dec. 5 that stated "Processing time is less than 48hours for single purchase". It's now Dec. 10 and still showing as "Processing". Errr... Wonder what "Processing time is less than 48hours for single purchase" really means.

For those of you that waited to buy the mini from the USA warehouse I say....nicely done! I woke up to an e-mail from eleven .....

Thanks for shopping at Focalecig USA !

We are here to inform you in regards of new ETA for the item you purchased (IPV Mini by P4U) .
They(Pioneer4U) had problems on producing Blue and Gold color which included in our order, that is why our order being delayed. We also removed the blue and gold version from our website due to its unavailability.

The new ETA would be December 16th. We will ship it out shortly once it lands.
Please let us know if you do like waiting.

If there is any update, we will keep you inform.

Best Regards,
Team@Focalecig

I know Christmas time is a bear for everyone getting things delivered but :( I want my mini!!!!!

Oh that sucks .. well, if it makes anyone feel better P4U also delayed shipping mine because I insisted on having the gold, which they did try to discourage me from it but I didn't want another silver device.

SMOK did the same thing .. they listed four colors for their BT Xpro 50 but at the end of the day they could only get the Silver done, that is why FC canceled their order for it. I don't know why these manufacturers insist on pre-selling multiply colors if they know they can't get it done.

I suspect that P4U actually botched the blue ... All the other vendors who have them in stock only have the silver and black. Dont' know why gold is a problem though, it doesn't seem like a problematic finish. I love mine

I am sorry to post but you wanted to see it so here is a pic of the sxmini and the psmoke variant. :D Right after posting I will move down the corner :p Sorry mam for the interruption :D View attachment 395277View attachment 395277

I really like both of them. The Variant has a slight dimple mark on the non logo side, but nothing too crazy for my OCD mind. The battery last about a day with my kayfun lite at 18 watts. The sxmini surprisingly as long with my effest 3100 in it. I don't do reviews at all D: So this pic and slight description I hope fulfills giving my word to Nikklita6 to report back on it :D BTW Nikkita, is your puff counter broke on your variant? Mine doesn't reset even when I take the battery out for some reason :( Not a dealbreaker, but I don't want to see it with 5,00000000000 puffs on it if I can't get it to reset  Now with that said I will mosey back to the kayfun 4/ rose sections :D Thanks to whoever here, wait it was roxynoodle for informing me about the flavor of the rose :D I really like this group. It's really classy and fun. People are respectful and helpful at the same time :D Take care and back to lurking :p

Oh no honey, I did want you to come back with your thoughts on the Variant especially since their are not that many people with them. See, I said that the 1200mah 7.4-8.4v battery is not like a 1200mah 18650 when it comes to battery life .. I am very happy with the battery life on the Variant, and now I just need to solder the connections on the Zippy 1300 mah that I bought

The puff counter .. I get asked this a lot. The puff counter is not broken, you just can't reset it. The chip has flash memory so changing a battery will not reset it, and believe me it annoys the hell out of me too. The puff counter will reset itself once you hit 1000 puffs  That is my only complaint about the Variant at the moment.

I do love the Variant, wish it wasn't so expensive yet it is absolutely worth the cost because the build quality is no joke .... and it craps all over the Vapor Shark box for the record, no exaggeration.

I like the SX Mini too but I am boycotting Yihi at the moment :glare:

If you want a Kayfunish Orchid then get the V3 with heat top cap and ss nano body. I reviewed it, its not a cheapy clone at all ... Yosen sent me a V5 to review but ugh, that full PMMA is UGALY!

I have the Tobeco Orchid v3. No complaints. The ends of the post screws were sharp, but I had them all sanded in 10 minutes. And I put a kayfun top fill cap on it for ease of filling (sold by FT, sorry, Nikki).

 FT is not a forbidden word or anything, I reference them all the time too. I don't want full blown discussions and pages of FT pics. There are a ton of lurkers who come to read info on FC, so to have 3 pages of discussion on FT when they have a thread in this forum is what I want to avoid.

Back to the Orchid V3, the post screws on mine were also sharp, and snapped the leads on two builds. It wasn't Tobeco made though ..

Hey all. Suggestions for a vv/vw device. I have an MVP and mechs but would like more power for some clouds.

Maybe I'm just not building low enough coils. I usually run my clone Kayfun because I get tired of dripping.

I would prefer a clone but not sure about these clone chips.

I have been eyeing a Kato mod and the big dripper. I'm a big fan of bottom feeders but can't get myself to drop the cash for a REO.

So. Any recommendations for a cheap vv device with some reliability. I'd be mad if it broke :) thanks in advance

that's cool

I don't do pre-orders though

on a side note, I'm quite happy with my tobeco cloned aqua v2

Ya .. Tobeco has long since stepped up their game, and I consider them to be a good manufacturer. I haven't vaped the Aqua V2 yet, but I have dissembled and cleaned it and I am 100% satisfied with the quality of it, its beautiful.

The ones on my Billow were even sharper and that's EHPro :). Common problem I bet. Most of my other tanks are coiled by trapping the leads under screw heads so never had to deal with it on them.

I was sort of making a joke with the apology about the FT reference :)

I think we see you as the Zero expert with talking about the Hotcig one, lol!

NOOOOOOOOOOO .... and I am trying to refrain from sending Doris a scolding message about it too. Mine is still in the collecting products hole :( Only reason I am not complaining yet is because I already have 4 unused products sitting on my table with another 7 arriving on Friday/Saturday. But I will ask D about it later and let you know what she says.

USPS is mucking up royally .. my last FC shipment in New York since 12/4 STILL IS NOT DELIVERED YET! They are holding my Origen Genesis and Hobo hostage

Speaking of the Zero's, I should have my V2's in two days, and so should anyone else who was waiting for them. Fingers crossed .. The SX Zero, a lot of convoluted info on this one, from vapers and suppliers a like. I was given some interesting inside scoop yesterday from another reviewer, but I need to research it further before I buy into what I am being told. Whether it is or is not really a Yihi chip is still a question for me, but honestly I am more interested in whether is a good working device. At the end of day I only want to know if the chip works, and that the build quality is on point ... I will find out soon :p

I made a mistake on my earlier post. I have a Orchid V2 and Orchid V4. I went with the V4 instead of the V3 because they both came out at the same time.

Amen on the V5. Wow. I'll pass.

I almost....almost got a vaporshark, but that idea passed away after reading the multiple glitches with Evolve's chips. Maybe at a later date I may consider it.
My unit only came with 1 battery and it does last awhile. I will probably just keep 1 battery for now. I have 3 different mods I like to rotate during the day.
