Am I right in thinking that shorting problems have been sorted in V4s?, and are they really better than kayfun in performance.

Absolutely! As much as I hate to admit it. I have multiple Kayfuns and can set one up with my eyes closed. And they always work right. I even use this new big and ugly 30mm kayfun. Foggers are not full proof like kayfun, but they perform much better if setup correctly.
Kayfun is Designed in Russia. That explains it. Have you ever seen an AK47 that jams? No. It is the most full proof reliable gun. But is it the most accurate weapon? No again. M16/AR15 shoots much more accurately but jams if not taken care of. IMO of course.

Man... I'm going to cry. My long awaited (19 days) two Big Foggers, that I ordered from Frog in Fog have left Los Angeles sorting facility and are on their way to Riverside (63 miles) and will most likely be delivered tomorrow afternoon. But I'm leaving to Louisiana tomorrow morning and won't see them for 8 days. :p

Then again, I could make a legitimate excuse. Something like: "The dog ate my homework" and delay my departure for several hours. And then drive day and night to catch up the time lost.
Hmmm... I think it is worth it. :p

AFAIK stainless steel CAN be magnetic but it's a sign it's not the best (food or surgical grade) stainless steel. Something about the crystalline structure of the metal lettuce bla bla I'm not a metallurgist ;)

About the differences between the fogger versions, this is the way I see it (I have version 4.0, 4.1, 4.3). The version 4.1 is practically the same as 4.0, but apparently the numbering scheme has caught on:

Fogger V4.0 (rotating afc, stainless steel pin)
Fogger V4.1 (almost the same is V4.0 just with space for an oring under the afc ring)
Fogger V4.2 "+" (threaded afc, copper 510 center pin)
Fogger V4.3 "++" (threaded afc, copper 510 center pin, enlarged chamber and infill screw moved below build deck)
Fogger V4.4 New version, from pictures it looks similar to 4.2 but without copper 510 center pin

Ordered the v4 fogger from focalecig yesterday, wanted to get the v4.4, but seems only froginfog has it, and seems it is really slow getting stuff from them, so went with focal to try the fogger out, if I like the performance and setup of the fogger, then will get the v4.4 next time, and already posted in the other fogger thread, just posting in here, so can easily find the thread, sure be posting more in here, once my fogger turns up :)

V4.4 (they actually have V4.1 engraved on it) has slightly larger deck, but not as large as V4.3 (also from pictures)
Other then that, You are right on the money.

Anyone have a comparison how focalecig fogger stacks up? Has the deck I like where you can vape the thing dry, like the 4.2. But with a SLIGHTLY reduced capacity because the upper chimney piece but it still should be more than the 4.3. Also the wicking grooves seem very shallow, wicking kayfun style is probably a must with this though. Also would like to know if the lack of a copper pin makes a difference or not

I posted the focalecig.com link to the V4.0 Fogger clone the day it showed up. Doubt there's been time for anyone to actually get one yet. I thought the channels seemed small but only have the V4.3 here to compare but others on this thread also said they looked small. Definitely try a Kayfun style wick when you get it.

I have to wait about a month before I can get a pair.

I mentioned before I got my 4.3 from the frog and didn't have a chance to build it but I had been thinking about it and took a stab at a 27ga knuckle coil and when I went to tighten down the post screws I stripped one out...probably due to the inferior metal.

Man, I think the Fogger and I were not suppose to be together. Does anyone know if the frog will replace?

Now, my second issue is with the Golden Fogger guy from Ebay? I am starting to wonder if it is a clone? He sent me an update, which was nice and included a FedEx Tracking screenshot. FoggerDelivery.jpg
    The pic he sent me:Fogger_v4_Gold_US_EBay_Vendor.jpg
The Pic on his Ebay Listing:GoldenFogger.jpg

Do these pictures add up to Yiloong, as he stated through our messages. I am worried about the clone?
Oh...please if anyone know how the frog is with returns or a tap process to fix my 4.3 would help as well.

Oh, BTW, I sent Yiloong an email today to as for a product request to steal some design aspects of this atomizer. The posts and some higher grade stainless from Orchid Kayfun Styled Atomizer by Aethertech

After all, isn't that what a Fogger is....best parts of other atty's. Bring us the Fogger v5...or the 4.5...or 4.2?

They should replace it, I don't know if they will give you your money back but that's what I'd want and then I'd buy it from a eBay seller, they will replace it if it's a problem.

I literally just sent him a message and link to the clone. I told him the word clone was never mentioned and Yiloong was mentioned in our messages concerning versions before I purchased.

Edit: I am sure I will get the money back if it is a clone wrapped in gold. He has been very helpful (constant updates) and will sell it regardless.

    I just want a fogger. I'm Foggerless again...purchased 3...well, maybe 2 at this point.
