That is the larger deck version that was just discontinued. Yiloong has reverted to smaller deck again. It has less juice capacity, but some guys here swear by it and both version are good.

That is the one I just stripped out...I was using 27ga. Be easy...knowing that going in, I am sure you will have a great build and a great vape.

BTW..The golden fogger got back to me and says that what he obtained is old stock of Fogger v4. He believes its official. I told him I'm not interested if his chinese dist sent him clones.

Personally I would just wait for the official 4.1 (which we have been calling 4.4 here). Especially if juice capacity is important to you.

That aside, there are also some folks who have complained about the 4.3 being more annoying to fill. So yeap. They seem to vape the same tho (at least for me).

The larger deck does have an advantage in the sense that I personally find it a lot easier to wick it kayfun style (no wicks in the channel, just lying on the deck). With the smaller deck, I haven't managed to wick it that way without some leaking. But that could also just be me sucking.

I have one of those, well with the big deck, bought it when it first came out, It vapes the same but I'd wait and find the smaller deck version if I were you, the capacity is worth it and it's only difficult to fill if you don't do it right, fill hole down and take your time, but you can't drain it from the fill hole and the combination of all three factors make me vote pass, that and you should be able to find the other version without to much effort. I have 4, only one w the big deck.

Wow, My Golden Fogger v4, US Ebay vendor has been nothing but full of replies and quite chatty and wants nothing more to be a good vendor. He didn't even hesitate to offer a refund if his China distributor sent him clones. He has a passion for vaping and was getting excited about the new (official 4.1) Foggers he is receiving. We actually did this all on Ebay messaging. His price was the best of any vendor at the time and I'm lucky to have ordered from him even just for the experience. If he did get bamboozled with clones from his Chinese distributor, I wouldn't even want a refund, I would put it towards one of his new Fogger 4.4 (4.1,) when he gets them.

After our initial conversations, I went to browse at his other items and was impressed by seeing 3d printed dual 18650 mods for DNA30.

After this conversation, I just checked his inventory and he has nothing. I guess that's why he was so excited about telling me about all the things he's getting such as AR Clones, Hades...among others.

I was on the verge of thinking I might get a lemon, but it turned out to be lemonade.

This was my first impressive vaping vendor experience that I can remember besides a few kind words in am email from that I occasionally get from other vendors.

His Ebay name is miklil13. I hope to see him have products soon and succeed. I hope he can keep his prices competitive and do so with the customer service he gave me. You guys looking for the 4.4 or official Fogger 4.1...look him up on Ebay and check out his prices. I hope he has them in stock when you are ready to buy as he is one of the small fish in a big pond but willing to go the extra mile. I feel like a commercial, as I probably should because this guy is responding at 10, 11, & after midnight EST, where as I have not heard ..... from foginfrog.com.

I mentioned before I got my 4.3 from the frog and didn't have a chance to build it but I had been thinking about it and took a stab at a 27ga knuckle coil and when I went to tighten down the post screws I stripped one out...probably due to the inferior metal.

Man, I think the Fogger and I were not suppose to be together. Does anyone know if the frog will replace?

Now, my second issue is with the Golden Fogger guy from Ebay? I am starting to wonder if it is a clone? He sent me an update, which was nice and included a FedEx Tracking screenshot. View attachment 348882
The pic he sent me:View attachment 348884
The Pic on his Ebay Listing:View attachment 348886

Do these pictures add up to Yiloong, as he stated through our messages. I am worried about the clone?
Oh...please if anyone know how the frog is with returns or a tap process to fix my 4.3 would help as well.

You might want to double check the threads on the atomizer. I remember reading awhile back some foggers were shipped with the wrong screw's. Hope that's the case for you. Good luck

So, my big fogger just arrived today. Looks awesome sitting on top of my 26650 stingray clone. Only problem.....

The 510 connector is NOT the same size as almost every other 510 connector I have. It is actually narrower (thinner?) by almost .3 mm at the threads, and when I try to screw it down to either of my ohm checkers, the threads actually don't "grab" properly.

It seems to grab ok on the mod, but only when it bottoms out....

Otherwise, works as awesomely as my other foggers.

Man, good stuff to know. I'll hold off for the next version?

So, I've tried four times to get a build that works for me. Most recent build is pictured below. Rayon wick, cut diagonal from the coil as I've seen Tbev mention multiple times. This build has good flavor but is severely lacking in the vapor production department, as in I get more production from an iClear tank. The vacuum is good, no leakage, everything was snug.

The coils are double twisted 32ga (32 is all I have right now) with 6 wraps, reading at 0.8 Ohm together. The ID of the coils is from the tip of the screwdriver below, and is somewhere around 1.7-1.8mm. They burn evenly from the inside out. Previous build was same coils at 9 wraps for 1.2 Ohms, and arrowhead wick cuts with less wick, and that one made me cough and had minimal flavor and vapor.

jyny4azu.jpg

(3/32 in, not 3.32, sorry)

That same amount of wick in the same size coils runs great on my RBA and has for almost a week. The draw is really tight, and I'm not sure if it's just the way the Fogger is or what (I have the afc ring off for this one).

What can I do to fix this? Are my coils too small? Too much wick? Too little wick? Bad positioning?

Any help is appreciated, let me know if you need more pics to diagnose. I'm getting sick of wasting fluid, even if it is just a bit each build, I'm not going to fill it all the way until I know I have something that works.

Hello person from Minnesota,

How many days of the year do you actually get to ride your motorcycle?

I have a friend from Minneapolis, he sais "Nukeeller" reactor and "Eye-talian food" Just funny.

Got friends from New York too, they used to always rib me, "Its not IIIIIItaly (eyetaly) it's Itttttaly. they say it like the word IT, like you should be fascinated its a new discovery for you. Then they would say, do you call Italy .... IIIIItaly? But back in those days they where pretty women, so i liked it when they rubbed the wound. But when a New York dude said it, you can go to the R........
They should talk... RRRRRRRR. (ore) You know New York people they suffocate an R. Its sort of a nasal R, with emphasis. It's like they want to sing an R to you. they have to over work to produce one, and then it blows up, then cure it like its a vowel.

But no, if you have seen the movie Fargo, people dont actually talk like that out here. Well maybe a little. I have an aunt she sounds like she is right out of Norway. FX has a new mini series show out called Fargo, they pretend its in Bemidji Minnesota, Bemidji is where i spent my summers growing up, my family is from there. Bemidji is nothing like that. Sitting 20 miles from the Red Lake Indian Reservation (The Nation), with lumberjacks, its way different than that. I watched the first one and the last one last night, it was flat out creepy. Not a single Indian in the entire movie.

About riding motorcycle, dont get to ride enough. Got a friend who has his own motorcycle shop, he is building the ultimate chopper. Its sort of like finding the ultimate RBA, maybe we will never get there. Come July there is a lot of talk about Sturgis, but I never do seem to get there.

Yeah but thanks for asking AMD, got an aqua on the way, I am kind of dicey on getting a Fogger, dont know if I wanna try a 1.4 mm build.<<<< I saw one person doing that here. I dont know if these fingers can task it. I had some pics taken on Friday night when I was getting foggy drinking, of me vaping my new Kayfun from FC, clouds clouds clouds on this new one. I got two new Kayfun V2's in, I remain unimpressed with them. The air screw on the one from FT is useless---it doesnt help to throttle it, tried two builds, one at 2.4 mm one at 2 mm, pretty good vape, but not that great, plus lots of leaking from the air intake on the bottom where the airscrew is i think? or somewhere. <<<< Must not have had a good seal, used a brand new polycarbonate tank, from my stash. It comes with a nano kit with polycarbonate middle tank, but i didnt try that. On the FT one---- the drip tip is so loose if i turned it upside down it would fall out. Other drip tips i have would fall out too.

Cheers......

Big Fogger from Frog in Fog is a bad news.
I received two of them, black and stainless.
First of all: I strongly suspect that they are not authentic based on several factors:
(Just when I thought the quality couldn’t get any worse – it did)
1. They arrived in plain white cardboard boxes with some protective foam wrapped around them and a bag of goods at the bottom of the box. With a tiny computer printed barcode sticker, on the side of the box saying: “Name: Big Fogger Black” and the other: “Big Fogger” The stickers are cut with scissors unevenly and placed on the boxes not strait at different places of each box.
Nowhere on the packaging the word: YiLoong is even mentioned.
2. The Positive Block sits crooked squashing the thin (almost non excitant) tiny Insulator that appears to be made of soft cheap plastic, instead of Delrin POM.
3. The Insulator is a wrong size for this deck. It doesn’t cover the whole Positive block and two holes in it do not match the holes in the deck. To make it fit, they cut a half of the metal off the pin that is used to prevent that Positive Block from spinning around on the center pin like Kayfun.
4. The Positive Block Screw was too long, so they used their grinder to make it shorter and did a pretty sloppy job with it. The threads in the Positive Block for the Screw are not full. The drill bit used to drill the hole for threading was too big or wobbled and, therefore there are hardly any threads in it. You will strip the screw in no time with very little efford.
5. The positive Screw is RUSTING just in a few hours after washing it.
6. The Center Pin is no longer made out of brass. I want to think it is stainless steel… But the bottom 510 screw is made of copper.
7. And now, the most important, unfixable, deal breaking discovery: The 510 threaded connector is way too thin! You can easily pull the Big Fogger off any of my 20 Mods without unscrewing it. I have to admit that Stainless Big Fogger has its 510 threads a little larger and it sort of holds on to the mod barely. But the black one falls right out of it.
I am typing it while driving my truck and cannot take pictures. I’ll do pictures later.
Mean while, I hope this will save some people some money that were thinking of buying the Big Fogger from the Frog.

I've got a build right at 0.8 ohm just as yours but I'm getting great vapor and flavor. But I went with 30 gauge and a larger diameter coil, 2.4mm, so I'll offer up the suggestion to try larger coils. You mentioned that you only have 32 gauge Kanthal, try twisting a doubled strand tightly and then wrapping that as your coil. You should end up with a longer coil that's also bigger in diameter. See if that works for you.
