Hey Bubbles! You must be working hard! I just put the nr-r-nr Ribbon build in and it's super cool! I was scared I was going to hurt it BC the ribbon is so flimsy, I almost felt like I couldn't pull as much wick as I wanted to
thru, but I did and I like it, thanks again brother, much appreciated!
Yes, I'm hauling "A" from New Orleans, LA to California, running late.
After you install the coil assembly, try to adjust it by putting a little screw driver or drill bit inside the coil and then move it wherever you need it to go. Then, make sure that you have an equal spacing between each wound of the coil. You might need to use a sharp needle for that. I agree, it is very sensitive at first but you'll see how it performs. Granted that you've adjusted everything and it is glowing evenly from inside - out. Here is how your coil looked on my 4.3:
EDIT: Put the other pair of coils in one of your drippers and you will see how this coil that is equivalent to 28 Gauge wire performs much like 22 Gauge without all that unnecessary power drainage from your battery.
EDIT2: I'll tell you what. If you don't succeed on your first try with the ribbon wire. Don't get discouraged, it takes a little getting use to. If you want, you could mail your Fogger to me and I will drill the airholes to 2.0mm, setup the ribbon coils and rayon wicks for you to try. Heck, I'll even install the top fill screws for your 4.3 if you want. Makes it a whole lot easier to fill 4.3 from the top. You just close the AFC, put your thumb over the drip tip hole to insure that your chamber has some air in it and it is not going anywhere. Then place the tip of your
juice bottle in one of the top holes and fill as fast as you want. The air from the
tank will come out of the other hole until the tank is full. And no liquid will enter the chamber because it has air in it. Not a drop will be spilled.
