The groove is only 3.7mm wide x 5mm deep (.145 x .197") I couldn't really go deeper because of the Drip-Tip-Well. It holds about .6ml of juice (40 drops) which brings the total capacity up to 4.8-5.0ml (roughly approximated with a cheap syringe)

I thought you were going to lathe it with boring bar, but you have a turn table for your mill. I envy you.

Just received and built my UD Goblin RTA - It's awesome. Airflow is massive compared to Fogger, tons of vapor and flavor. Similar build as I always use on the Fogger, this time: 2 x Twisted 30AWG @ 0.95 = 0.475. HF at 35W is 164mw/mm2 (combined) which is just how I like it (not too hot).

One thing I didn't realise is that there is no drip-tip! Had to use the Fogger's.

Pros:
1. Machining is excellent. Screws are high quality
2. 4 Posts makes it so much easier than the Fogger to build (although the v6 seems to have this now)

Cons:
1. Smaller tank but it seems there's a 4.5ml tank option?
2. A bit noisier - lots of sizzle probably due to large airflow holes.

Picked up a Fogger V6 today and really like it. I have a V4.4.4 and didn't care for it. Top fill is genius and a great standard for tank makers to be meeting. Airflow is great, only 3 settings, mouth to lung, lung hit and somewhere in between. No complaints there. Love love love the build deck, very easy. I've owned a Kayfun lite+ v2, erlkonigin, Squape Reloaded, Taifun GT2, all authentics and never had great luck with any of them. I think the genius of the fogger v6 is the really short juice channels, with a nice sized channel size.

I wasn't even really careful about wicking, I used rayon and some tails are fluffy, some are trimmed, some are in the channels and some are just barely in them. Running at 18.2 watts on my P3 and its really great.

And it was only 25 bucks at the vape shop! All my 200 dollar tanks never performed like this. Really happy with this thing

I've just finished putting together my home made Vapor Flask DNA40. Came out OK, only I decided not to install USB port.

And, as I'm sure Mr. BNEAT will spot it anyways, I ended up milling the battery covers with a small vertical end mill instead of making those coin slots because I broke my horizontal cutter. Everything else is the same: M19 -1.0mm only cupper, not brass. The case is aluminum painted using expensive car paint and then baked it. Yes, I used my house oven, just don't tell my wife. She only uses it to bake turkey on Thanksgiving, the paint smell will be gone by then.

Damn Trucker, that looks pretty nice. Is that box pretty much the same size as your real Flask?

Yes, it is of a same size on the outside but so very crowded on the inside. Plus, you can't split it in half and it makes it very difficult to install the board with 11 Teflon wires attached to it, while trying not to break the flex ribbon Display connector. Another word: Would I like to do it again? Absolutely NOT. Besides, after spending money on all the tools, parts, teflon wires and DNA40 board, the coast of the device became just as high as the original one. Not worth it. IMO
Next, I will get a Hana Modz enclosure and install DNA40 in it. After this flask, Hana is a walk in the park.
But I love it dearly because it is my baby.

I'm thinking about putting a DNA 40 board in my Sigelei 100 watt box and put the SX330 from it into a Hana box, DNA 40 with ni200 can certainly benefit from two 18650's

You'll needa rewire the sig into parallel tho; it's in series as it is

Kiwi beat me to it. I was going to suggest putting DNA40 board into your Hana instead, it'll fit right in with least amount of effort.

I did a couple of those already, with that boost when using TP a single 18650 sure takes a hit. No problem to re-wire the battery tray.
But then again I'm going by Evolv's battery meter so maybe it not as bad as I think, I should just meter them I guess.
