The Atlantis to use on the ProVari? It's not designed for that. The lowest resistance a ProVari 2.5 will fire is 0.8Ω and the Atlantis heads I've seen are 0.5Ω. You need a device and a battery designed for sub-ohming to use the Atlantis.

FTR....I think those coils are going to cause some trouble with folks thinking packaged coil=easy! LOL Oh noes...uninformed mech users able to use a packaged solution but not knowing battery safety...

They will fire on a DNA 40 though and with some regulation, short protection and safety but without temp control unless the coil wire is nickel 200.

The thing is who buys a 200.00 mod to run a 50 dollar tank? hehehe

I think it needs between 30 and 40 watts, (I'll try one when I get my vaporshark) so I don't think so with the Zombie one you've got Kelly..someone'll correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm worried about that as well. I have a feeling some people are going to think it's a variation of the Nautilus and be confused when it won't fire on a lower watt device.

They sell an inexpensive ego type battery for the Atlantis. I believe it's called the SubCF or something like that. They say the Atlantis is amazing for the price. Replacement coils are a bit pricey, I'm still trying to figure out if the product is even a good idea with. Concerned with people not knowing what they are getting into.

I mistyped 0.8 earlier. A ProVari 2.5 will fire a 0.9Ω coil without going over the amp limit. I know a couple of people who say they got an 0.8Ω to fire, but I think the resistance was likely around 0.83-0.84Ω. In any case, that's not the performance range the ProVari was designed for.

Actually, the limit is 0.8. I am running a 0.84 dual build on my P3 as we speak. You can go as low as 0.8 on a v2 or 2.5 and 0.7 on a P3.

As I posted earlier to correct my initial error, 0.8Ω would be over the amp limit for a 2.5, but 0.84 wouldn't be. The confusion may be due to the 2.5 only showing one decimal place.

Yes there is bound to be some confusion on what the Atlantis works on and hopefully nobody is going to be shorting egos trying to get it to fire. Luckily most on this site tend to do some research for things. Yet there is many out there that could be unaware of their batt limitations and their mod limitations.

According to Aspire they do have plans to offer nickle for some of their heads.

Not sure what you mean by buying a 200 dollar mod and using a 50 dollar atty. The freaking Provari gets sold with a regular Nautilus on the provape site.

As already answered the answer is no as your Provari will not read the coil. Also the Provari is a bit to light in the watts (not that there is anything wrong with that) to let the Atlantis shine. The ideal watts is 30+.

I have this tank a friend gave me, i like it but the coil lasted 2 days and i have no clue what kind to buy, its actually one of the most confusing things ive ever tried to figure out. I know its a knockoff, from what i can tell its a knock off for Vivi Tank V core 2.0 but im so confused about the coils heads spinny inner thingys wicks....so in other words all the guts.

Totally off topic but alot of new people read this and its probably the only thing i can share or help with. I have tried just about every e juice company there is to try and vixen vapors absolutly stands out above them all. (i hope im allowed to say that) even though im not a fan of all their juice, the ones i do like i have ordered over and over. Anytime ive needed help they respond right away, once they even called me to make sure i got the help needed.

Do you happen to have a picture of the tank disassembled, by the looks of it, it might use regular vivi nova heads, but I'm not sure
