Store your analogs in the freezer! I also keep a pack in the glove box of my care "just in case."

yea, I was doing that for a while, too. Had a pack everywhere "just in case". But after a couple months now of not being tempted I gathered them all up in one place. Honestly, I think I'm over smoking. But sure, you never know. I get that.

funny enough, I only had a few cigs left in my last pack when I got my first ecig kit (M401), the timing was quite good.

That analog sat in my bedroom in the packet for a good 3 weeks. by the time I bought another kit, I gave them away. I had tried a friends spare PV for a few nights while waiting for my kit to arrive, so for me, I could already see that if i stuck to vaping only I could get through ditching the analogs quite easily.

I never gave not having a packet on me too much thought with my ecig and PCC in my pocket, changing from a PCC ecig to one without was to me, a bigger change then from an analog packet to the PCC, in terms of attachment to having cigs/nic in my pocket.

I guess having the last few smokes in my room at home for a while whilst switching gave me a bit of peace of mind incase vaping didnt work out for me, though i was quite confident it would having had the chance to sample the experience beforehand. but yeah, a few weeks in and it seemd quite silly to keep analogs around, I may have initially percieved them as a sort of fallback emergency, but knowing they would taste rotten and also not wanting to fall back into the old stinky routine, I was happy to be rid of them altogether.

I figured I had nothing to lose. Bought my pv, smoked till the last carton of cigs was gone then went full time. But for 64 bucks for a ppc and pv, made it a gamble I am glad I took. I was spending way more than that a week smoking, and now my habit looks like it will cost under 40 per month, as long as I can stop buying accessories soon.

haha, accessories, theyre the real money killer :D
I find I'm not spending as much on ejuice (about $50 for a few months) but the temptation to buy new PV's and other bits here and there is extreme ^_^
I have a tacklebox already, and its filling fast, I may need to get another quite soon, heh.

My friend's kid graduated with his assoc. and was having a grad party. I hadn't smoked in about 2 months. I had 3 unopened packs, so, they graduated with him!!! LOL. A college kid, barely making it having to work part-time in order to go to school full-time and still manage to make band practice is always a good candidate... :) And, his mom was happy because that meant a week of not hearing, "mom, can I bum a couple of packs of smokes from you? I'm broke!" :)

I had about a carton and half unopened plus 3 packs that were partially used from two cars, and one at home. I consolidated and gave the open packs to a friend, and the unopened ones distributed to homeless smokers I saw hanging around downtown Toronto. Got some strange looks and many thanks. For those that asked, I said I wasn't smoking anymore. Done!

I live in NY where cigarettes are really expensive but fortunately I live near an Indian Reservatons so I smoked cheaply for many years. When I started vaping and gave up the analogs I gathered all my cigarettes and found I had 2 cartons and 5 packs. After 5 weeks of vaping they are now going to find a home with my best friend's husband that smokes. He's paying for us to go out to lunch :)

I still have an opened pack w/2 cigs left on my desk, and plan to leave them there. It gives me a sense of power every time I look at them. Once I picked one up to smoke it without even thinking what I was doing. When I brought it up to my mouth, I looked at it and wondered why I had that in my hand. Put it back, and picked up my Ego. No problem. I intend to leave them there. Have unopened pack on shelf under my desk. Doesn't bother me at all. Just surprised when I happen to look down there. Found unopened pack in glove compartment the other day. Didn't even remember I had one there. Plan to leave it there for now. Again... love that sense of power over it.
