Like everyone says, we are all different. Did alot of research on the net, and found this site, before buying a kit. Started vaping Saturday morning after the last analog I had and haven't been to the store to buy any since. I think it is a mindset. Didn't think I could just go cold turkey, with the anologs, so quick, but it worked.
how long to completely quit analogs?

I smoked ~ 2 packs of Newport's a day for 30 years. On January 5th I got a starter kit. I haven't had a cigarette since the kit was charged. 5:15pm on 1/5/2011. I carried the remains of my last pack around in my car for 4 days, then tossed 'em.
