Forums non-responsive sometimes?

Hello,

I noticed for the past day or so, sometimes the forums become completely non-responsive, if I am viewing a post and want to go to the next page it will never go and just sit there like its loading.

I usually just have to wait a few minutes and it will start loading again.

When looking at the amount of users online, it varies greatly so I don't really think its an "overload" issue.

I'm seeing that too.

It looks like a server problem, rather than a DNS problem, as my browser will flash through "looking up e-cigarette-forum.com" but stall on "Transferring data from e-cigar..yaddah yaddah" Eventually, usually 30-60 seconds later, it will load, and I'll have no more problems for a little while. (anywhere from 10 minutes, to an hour or two) then it will happen again.

This is on Ubuntu 9.10 UNR Linux, with Firefox 3.5.9, on a 3mb ADSL connection.

glad to know It wasn't just me. Not glad it happened for any of us but I thought my Mandolina was starting to fry herself.
