Freebies or Points?

I was referred to you by a friend that thought your service was great after her first order. She didn't even mention getting a freebie, probably so I wouldn't feel bad if I didn't get one. I've been giving out your website to new members that are having problems with bad tasting attys because you have good ones and you ship quickly... not because I ever expected anything free for me or anyone else. It was a nice unexpected surprise, though!

I don't think I would ever use the points unless it was something automatic. I hate coupons in stores and on the web and I hate shopping for sales! I just want a good product at a fair price and good customer service. Although having something that sets you apart from other vendors in this competitive industry is a good idea.

The freebies are a nice surprise to think of while expecting a package, on the other hand, a points system would be good too....no matter what i'll always be a loyal customer. Customer service is the #1 priority in running a business, and your is awesome

I kind of like the freebies, especially when you dont know what extras you will recieve. the best thing with freebies is that often when you get something for free you have a chance to try something that you wouldnt have otherwise. I am really liking the 801 atty that you threw in my first order, and more than likely never would have ordered one as I already had ordered 901's and 510's. Do what makes you buisiness work and we will all still be thrilled. and by the way, it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. I am waiting on my 3rd order in 2 weeks and am trying to not make another order...but its hard.

come to think of it, the points system should be used but you keep the points and order some high end liquid. then when you get to a certain point level, whoevers order is next gets a free sample bottle of said liquid. that would work for everyone and keep the excitement at a maximum.

Remember, it is ok for you to make some money.

It is like christmas every time i get a package from you, but i would not be apposed to a point system (might be abel to save up for a 905 that way )Ether way you still have the best service i have found so far. You could stop giving things away and i would still come back every time i need something that you have

Hoogie , Stick to the freebies , I love the mini flashlights as I turn every one I get into a PV and give them to smokers to try vaping. If you stop giving away the flashlights please put them up for sale on your web site.

Beggars can't be choosers, so whatever you decide is cool. If it's freebies, I do think juice samples would be a good option. (specially if mine is always Grandpa's Mix )

As for flashlights, I have a different suggestion. You could make, have made, or supply the kit to make, a simple little LED flashlight-head that screws into the various ecig battery threads for power. That way as long as you're always carrying the small LED flashlight-head and your ecig (don't we all?) you'll always have a flashlight with plenty of power. Maybe there could be a way to attach the light-module to a key-ring, then if you ever need a nice bright light, you just screw your ecig battery on and you're good to go. (and that way you don't always have a bulky flashlight on your keys) Only drawbacks would be that auto batteries wouldn't work too well (unless you blow into flashlight to activate, heh) and the manuals would only be activated with momentary switch. (but same as the madvapes flashlight)

I read somewhere that this place already made such a flashlight module:
HELLOSMOKE
...but if so, I don't think it's on their website.

I like suprises too! Points sound like work.
I also think you should list the flashlights on your site. I think most of us probably have them, or could order if we want more. Maybe you could cut your cost if you could get them without the AAA battery.
