Pretty simple, if the current bid is $1, your bid may be anything between $1.01 and $2.

I'll start this one off at 15 cents. Anyone got fitteen cents for a killer cigarette-sized device with modular components?

Yep!

Due to the silly rules I placed on the auction, bidding up can only be $1 over the previous bid.

Just making sure that everyone feels like this is fair. So the $1.50 bid is the current highest, just playing by the rules.
