The Slap Yo Mama (it comes in stainless steel for a little bit more $) Delrin Slap Yo' Mama Multi-Purpose Adapter [SYMD] - $7.99 : Big Daddy Vapor

I use these, but with thick VG I wouldn't recommend them: Blunt needle drip tip: Blunt Needle Tip for dropper bottles - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

And this little thing, which I haven't seen a review of: smok tank refiller: Smok DCT Tank Refiller - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

    Agreed,lol, that's tiny. There's nice 14ga out there- fill a 6ml tank in 2 sec.

Never shopped Mt. Baker, looks nice.

Hey I love my ego vv and boge clearo... <<<< this one is cheeeeeeep. lol but seriously, my boge clearos ether work or not. $3 each. I never get inconsistent hits like I would when using the cig alike batts... and I am with you on the whole dripping sucks thing. Sometimes it is the juice that is inconsistent. I can't get my 50/50 vapalicious juice to wick proper in my clearos... sucks because I love the taste. But I am going to have to figure that one out latter.

As for the vapor production issue, which e-liquid(s) do you vape and how much VG% is in it?

Well, one vendor is open about their ratio. You can choose it yourself. (I get 80/20 pg/vg, but I'm thinking about getting a 70/30 blend.)

The other vendor is mum about everything in their mixes. Trade secrets. Frustrating answer, but, oh, well.

I'm always fiddling around with my gear... cartos, tanks, clearos mainly. Vaping is a fiddling hobby, from what I'm finding. I'll sit here and fill so much stuff, and test so many juices that before you know it, i'm niccuping all over the house!

But, once I find a good combo, I'm quite happy and stick with it.

I am finding that different juices behave differently with different gear. I hated Alice In Vapeland's White Rabbit in a mini vivi nova on a z-max, but once I got through being frustrated, I put it on an i-taste and holy crap, it was amazing!

Certain pg/vg ratios get nasty on low ohm stuff, at least that's what I'm finding. They burn too hot and taste pretty cruddy.

Still fiddling, always fiddling, but not complaining because... well because I DON'T SMOKE!

I don't know about you guys but I'm getting pretty frustrated with vapping. I can never seem to get the right performance out of my device. I never get the vapor production I'm looking for or right performance when I draw. I'm using a LavaTube with 2 different vivi nova tanks right now. One is a 1.8OHM coil, one has a 2.4OHM coil. Without goign out and buying a Provari, or Darwin any ideas on how to increase the current performance of my device? I'm debating buying a Vamo, so the question is what do I put on my device to get a decent performance? I'm not wild about straight up cartos and dripping always gets messy. I don't care how good you are at dripping, it will eventually get in your hands somehow. :p

Well I felt the same way and own all kinds of e-cig. Rivas, penstyle, LavaTubes, Ego-t, and a Zmax and I was always frustrated with all of them. Too much fiddling around for me. Tanks are difficult and sometimes leak and don't always perform well. Carts are really frustating too and sometimes taste burnt --bad carts. I just got tired of inconsistant hits. I wanted the same strong vape each and every time. Thats what I got with the VMod. Its a bottom feeder and it performs very, very well. I've been using the same silo cart for 2 weeks, with no burnt taste or flooding. The mod is simple to use and you can use an atty with it also with no leaks. All you do is tip the mod and give the bottle a slight squeeze and man oh man does it perform. I love, love, love this Vmod. No tinkering around filling tanks, carts, etc. It just works! I highly suggest it as I too was feed up with all the problems of vaping. Don't have any now.

I would say your LT is fine, and its the delivery system that isn't living up to expectations.

I am a broken record with this, but it was a game changer for me. Rebuildable Atomizers may be worth looking into. The performance I get from mine blows anything else I've tried out of the water. Maintenance is much simpler. Full control is absolutely awesome.

Can't go back to clearos (which I thought were a game changer over cartos) now. I'll use my VVN if I'm going some where that could threaten my nice gear. But other than that they stay in the tool box.

Initially went the RBA route to save money. Now its more about getting the flavor, TH & vapor I crave, the costs are just an epic benefit.

I was actually looking at the AGA-T rebuildable but I honestly haven't the foggiest idea where to start with them or how to use them. It sounds like a great concept but I'm just ignorant on the subject.

I vape either 70/30 PG/VG or 50/50. The issue isn't really "Vapor" production, it's just performance. it's like nothing is happening. I don't care how long the vapor lingers in the air, I don't care what it looks like really. If someone could link me to a solid rebuildable tank, and the info on what all to get with it for it to perform it would be much appreciated.

There are certain rules I learned that have not let me down to this day when it comes to carto tanks:

    CONCERNING THE CARTO - PRIMING:

Drip up to 30 drops of juice into the top of the carto. Don't drop directly down into the carto. Tilt it at an angle and go N E S W, or, in other words, don't drip in the same spot over and over. Twist the carto as you drip to evenly disperse the drops. Wait to watch the juice to soak in. After thirty drops, your carto filler should look like chilled ice. (FIRST MISTAKE: If you think you overfilled it, use it like a straw and GENTLY GENTLY GENTLY blow. If juice comes out of the bottom, you overfilled it, and GENTLY GENTLY GENTLY blow it out until it's gone.) Don't freakin' blow your lungs out (especially if you're ......!)

30 drops should sufficiently prime a carto.

SLIDE THE CARTO BACK UP INTO THE TANK FROM THE BOTTOM

DO NOT LOCK IT UP TOP YET!!!!!!!

Use your intuition when doing this next step; trying to type it up will make you and me both feel stupid...

Fill up the tank. At an angle. Don't get juice back into the carto.

LOCK THE CARTO UP. Put on your drip tip.

Screw the now primed and filled carto tank into your PV.

Take a couple (A COUPLE) of dry hits (aka, draw through your PV like you would if vaping, but don't press the fire button).

You should see bubbles coming out of that little hole in the carto. THIS IS NORMAL, IT IS OK.

Let the carto soak for a couple of minutes. Yes, more than one.

Fire it. It may taste funny for a second or two, but keep drawing. You'll know instantly if you did it wrong or not.

After that, if you're getting good draws, hits, vapor, and flavor, you're in like Flynn. All you have to do after that is keep the tank filled, and there are numerous ingenious devices made for this, and they are all super cheap.

    WARNING WARNING WARNING

Do NOT lift off the top cap of the tank to add more juice. If you do so, you will most DEFINTELY flood your carto, as the air pressure from pushing the top cap back on will force air into your cartos, pushing juice where you don't want it to go. ALWAYS slide the carto down into the tank and fill from there, at an angle.

All of this took a while to type, but I learned the technique within five minutes, and it hasn't failed me yet.

Sorry to triple post in my own thread, but it's a pain in the .... to reply to numerous people with their quote all in one post. This is pretty much the exact way I filled up my carto tanks. Maybe the cartos I had were lemons. They would leak like nobodys business. Even after about 12 drips while rotating them they'd all leak out the bottom. (Yes I was dripping onto the wick, not down the center hole)

I feel the same way. As I was reading your post yet another clearo leaked all over me. Being new to all this and still struggling with quitting the analogs it would just be so much easier to grab one. But I want this to work and I don't want to smoke ever again.

I just ordered some Vivi Novas because the were recommended but then other people hate them. It is frustrating because it is really a lot of trial and error. I do have a tank but only one and I don't have an all day flavor yet so I didn't want to try to use it and switch flavors a bunch.

I hope that we both find a system that works for us like so many others have. Good luck!

I prefer the vivi nova mega because of the threads on the clearo. The mini has a much easier time being misthreaded as it fits down into the metal cap and you can't see it. If you check when you screw it together the center post should not be leaning to either side. It must be centered or will leak. If you follow pbusardo's video and clean regularly they should work fine if they are by vision. The dry burning should be till the coils glow red and it's not smoking so much. It will burn off any sugar in the coil. I have been using the same 2 for almost 6mos now and mine work great. Make sure the head ohms match the volts you are using them at.

I think every now and then everything i have been using seems not working well sometimes.. I start from Carto tank, that did leak, Ego C atty, sometimes leak also, vivi nova, same thing.. RBAs.. well, sometimes give u hard times also... i think nothing is trouble free when it comes to vaping.. But for me that is the art of vaping.. Right now i am using Bulli A2-TM, working very well, nit leaking for a few days, but at the beginning, it leaks like crazy... But once it set up well, it vapes very good.. troubles paid off for me..

I think it is about the learning curve and how patience you are with vaping...

I know nothing about needle tip diameters, so "14ga" doesn't mean much to me, unless you edu-ma-cate me. ;-)

Sure:) The Smaller the number, the larger the diameter- like wire. 22Ga=tube size is a coffee stirrer (great for fillng cartos). 14Ga=tube size of a garden hose (great for filling tanks/clearos(especially VG)).

The 70/30 blend is my staple. It puts out plenty of vapor but doesn't harm my atomizers (can we still say "atomizer" as a catch-all to mean carto, clearo, tank, etc?).

Trade secrets? I believe we have a right to know. OTOH, I wish we could just continue to self-regulate.
