Fuhattan Arcing

Occasionally when I press the button on my fuhattan, I can see or feel little arcs from around the switch. When I press the button down on a table sometimes I can see them between the body of the tube and the switch. What is going on to cause this? I cleaned all of the threaded connections, polished the positive and negative pins, and use dielectric grease on my batteries. Is it inherent to the design somewhere or is there resistance somewhere in the mod I haven't thought to check?

Have you ever tried this ? I use it on my REO to stop the arcing. Works most excellent

I pulled switch apart, and it looks like there was some debris from the magnet that was touching the side of the tube. cleaned that all up, soaked everything. dried it, and applied some dielectric grease in there. no more arcs, and no more burnt hands... Thank you so much for the help
