Hmm quoting myself LOL, well anyway I got the quote in from Stephanie at E&T Fasteners:

Daniel,
Hello there, please excuse the delay in getting back to you, See pricing and availability below....Thank you

.343 id
.625 od
.375 length
polycarbonate spacers
@ 100 pieces min...$1.95/ea approx. 3-4 weeks to ship.

By looking at the dimensions..I am guessing this are just the top caps to use with your own Polycarb tube? or is the Polycarb body being made as well?

Okay after about a week on my first real workable coil/wick I decided to change out the coil. Instead of the 1.8 coil I had been using I decided my next one should be closer to 2.5 so I could use higher volts on my provari.

Well I got it at 2.5ohm and hitting 4.5v and I am a bit of a warmer vape. It is actually to the point that I can't complain about it being to cool. It is only the slightest bit to cool, maybe this ghost mod might warm it up just enough.

I was talking about taking care of the washer goes in the top of the tube for Dan . Separately, I looked into getting polycarbonate tubes milled 1 piece . But if the shop drilled out rod stock tube would be opaque. Not the desired result. dan used a heat gun on a polycarbonate tube and then once it was soft squeeze around base threads... Cooled... then unthread. so far that is the only process to achieve the desired results .

And yes. The the cost of shipping the plugs made from polycarbonate for the tube is going to be much higher than the part itself

Ok I have been playing around with the 5/8 x 3/4 poly tubing. Since the GTUS threads are 5/8, the tube will either slip on or have very little resistance when screwed on. Rather than have to heat and shrink the whole tube, I used a soldering iron with a small tip and at 3 points melted the poly tubing slightly so it caused a small bump. I did the first on the very bottom .010 from the edge, then the next .1" up, then the next .2" up so when you look down on it, it forms a triangle, but as you rotate the tube, each point is higher than the next. This worked perfectly, the top is secured and does not spin and screws on and off from point to point. Let me know if this make sense.
Dan

The three points you melted from the inside of the tube???

Making the Ghost mod:

Dan

Added:

I rough finished the top with a dremel and sanding wheel very quickly, just needs a final polishing with higher grit sand paper.
