ok Dan ,
i got some supplies in , and put together a clear cover for the GLV , thanks to your instructions, i still have to adjust the tube length , just wanted to show you how it was going, thanks for all that you do.

i ordered the tube and solid clear stock, it came yesterday, 2 foot sections, so i got plenty of back-up...lol

got my tube today, thank you. It does fit my lava tank cap, which means it will fit some other 3ml carto tank caps. Edit:not sure if these work now.

I was confused about the ID before because I didnt know it was that same tubing and the bottom would be treated to fit the g tank us. Now, any suggestions to attempt the three dot method without a soldering iron?

Dan, does the shop know that only the bottom 1/2" of threads need to be cleaned up? I hope they aren't trying to chase the threads all the way up the top caps.

It is the files for the machine shop dan had the pieces manufactured, so I can have them make me the bottom pieces and I can assemble it myself, basically do what the co-op members did at double the cost lol....BUT OMG the tank looks amazing, it will go great with my slowly growing tank collection.

I have them, but on a work computer. I will zip them and send you a link. It might not be until Tuesday as I have Jury Duty on Monday.

Maybe there are enough to make a 2nd run co-op? I am sure you could get together a dozen or more unit orders... Like for those that missed and didn't make the surplus list... More units cheaper price....

I honestly wanna see a co-op on a complete all-mechanical unit like the Katana. I need to study it and create my own CAD files for something. Really hoping Dan develops something..lol
