here's the thing, anything that dan makes is going to be spectacular it's a simple is that .dan is driven and innovative , and we are more than happy to take full advantage of it ....LOL......dan you're awesome!

+1 I am always impressed by the drive and commitment Dan has. Add to that, he has a full time job and a family and I really don't know how he finds the time to do the innovative things he does with PVs. No sooner does he get through (mostly anyway, lol) a large co-op with another already slated then he comes out with yet another PV that looks like it will be another epic co-op. Amazing really doesn't even begin to describe him.

I am amazed, Dan posts a picture of a prototype that hasn't been tested yet (granted it looks spectacular) and people are already begging to get on a list.

I guess that is one of the obstacles of trying to develop something everyone wants. Seriously if you want a high temp extreme beta environment send me one for the summer, 70 in the AC upto 120 outside, nearly 100% humidity.

I do want to make myself the g-tanks, I am not pointing out the troubles, which I am impressed how you handled by the way, I want to know if I order from them will I have problems, too. Ok not really a 1 off, I want to make multiple bottoms so each top has it's own. So, I am seriously asking if you were going to do a run off all of it, would you EMS or would you recommend someone else?

I would use them again, but I would add more user comments to ensure a few things are understood.

Looks like it might be heat shrink tubing ;-)

Love that name, Dan. Seeing that last picture I totally get the name :)

I've tried heat shrink on my 'cheap line' and it doesn't stand up well... pretty at first then gets toasty and hard. McMaster-Carr has NSF high temp tube (see link) down to 1/8th OD and up meeting food handling standards. I'm ordering some 1/16" and 3/32" ID to try out.

High-Temp NSF-51 Silicone Rubber Tubing 1/16" ID, 1/8" OD, 1/32" Wall, Translucent, 10'L, $5.10 Each .

I've been using FDA 60 duro silicone, but it's tricky to work with, especially making tube and gasket... a lot of waste -- hoping the tube will be easier to work. I'm thinking the 1/16" ID tube will fit my m1 SS screws. Should know next weekend.

That tubing is only good to 392 degrees, I am using PTFE heat shrink good to 650 degrees. I also have PTFE hard tubing that is good to 500 degrees.
