I believe that was called the REVERSE Taryn Spin*. We'll have to wait for @Katdarling (or anyone else with a memory).

* Did we REALLY...??? :lol:

In the meantime, this word from our sponsors:

Well, I will say, never seen that one.

I'm here (thank you, DPL, my sweets), and I spun.

Oh did I spin! A simple little KatKreation did the trick.

Burnie, ya did well with the zippie bags. But I'm guessing I had A LOT more fun.......

Belhade, the thermo shake? Oh YEAH!!!! I did that many a time and oft. But always to music.

Guess y'all used it for something different than me. I used it to get the water out after I boiled them (to clean them). Boil for 15 minutes, rinse, fresh water, boil again, rinse, fresh water, boil again, rinse, then spin to get the water out, then let dry for a few days. I still have bags of cleaned ones sitting on the shelf.

To fill I just put drops in and let it soak down, then added more until it was saturated.

You never stuck the kartos in a fan or on a hair dryer????????????

Yes, I did.

Or, the best invention of all vape time, ever ever ever...

Presenting, for your drying pleasure, the Karto Dryer!

PS. Do NOT bake your kartos. They don't dry and the melting stickers annoy the oven.

Have to say I'm happy I didn't have to go through what you all did. Thank you so much for being willing to go to so much trouble for your vape. You early vapers are why vaping survived and those of us who followed are now living healthier lives.

Did anyone have one of these? It worked great for cleaning cartomizers.

Boy! The work that was put into cleaning those things!

LOVE it! I remember those - on my "wish" list. Never did tho, JoAnn.

This looks very similar to the plunger kit. The best thing for filling AND cleaning.

I still have it too!

Boy those were the days!! BUT I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore!! :)

Coiling and wicking RTAs have made me lazy!!

Those plastic cartos were probably the best flavor I ever had (back then). They also cracked REALLY easily. That was too bad too.

Awesome memories, folks. Thank you. :)

I'm coming up on four years of vaping. There have been a lot of game changers. The first would have to be the Innokin MVP and Nautilus Mini. The second probably a ProVari P3 and a Kabuki. Right now it's these. Why?

The marriage of a P3 Ti with a Joyetech eGo ONE Mega V2 with the Aspire 18350 1300mAh battery is the perfect out-and-about mod. The 136g total weight is light enough that I don't feel it in a pocket. At 12 watts the capacity of the tank almost exactly matches the capacity of the battery, so when the battery is out, the tank is about to the point where it's ready to fill. I carry two with me--one in my briefcase--and most of the time one fill/battery will last two days at the office and going to/from.

The JAC Sandstorm with Joyetech tank is a perfect at home mod. The weight and extra stability of the flared base on the Sandstorm is great.

However, following closely is the Squid and the Innokin Zenith tank. This setup produces the best flavor by far. The only reason I'm not using it full-time at home is to get the best flavor, at least for me, is I have to use the 0.8ohm coil at 18 watts. And that does run through the juice a lot faster than 12 watts with the Joyetech and the 1.0ohm CLR coil.

I'm too the point, after buying lots of mods and tanks in the past four years, that I do not have either on order. In fact the only thing I'm waiting for right now are extra coils for the Zenith.

And I have to thank Kat and DP for showing me the way with the "Eggroll."
