Well, the Griffin is a winner in my book. My only complaint was the wick ring, but it isn't necessary. They should have either made it a permanent part of the deck, or never had it at all. When it gets stuck in the chimney it doesn't always come out easily.

Pros:
Big build deck with large post holes
juice control
Top filling
Good airflow
510 adapter for drip tips
Spare glass

Cons:
Its a clone of the Crius, but a better atty IMO
That stupid wick ring

This is the first time I've gone over 100W, and its a darn good introduction.

I agree Roxy, except i don't have a spare glass cause it flipped out of the package and broke on the floor!
I took it up to 100w just to see if the wicking would keep up ( I left the ring off). It kept up nooo problem but aaakkk too hot for me. After 2 fill ups no leaking.
One thing I really don't like is the juice control is way to easy to turn. Wonder if there is any way to tighten that up.

Mine too...really snug turning. Have you noticed the "Griffin" on the lower chimney on the video that DJSL posted? I don't have that logo...just the Griffin mythical creature.

People...you should try the vertical coil build...I tried a different horizontal build today and had to go back. It really increases the flavor of the juice. I didn't take pics but I angled the vertical coils towards the center a tad, that way I was able to wick without having to remove the coils from the deck. I have yet to try claptons but for a simple flavor chasing build...this is it for me!

Hmm, no I haven't watched any vids. I'll have to check the logo.

I never remove my vertical coils for wicking. I just pull it from top to bottom, grab it with tweezers and pul through. Cut and fluff, and if needed, pull back from the top until I have the right length . Then cut the top.

I ordered a Serpent from them & it came in 5 working days! Usually they are fast 1 1/2 weeks. But this time, WOW! I just checked, they have it black as well. But now it's a pre-order . They must've sold out on the first batch. Coupon code for Everzon? I couldn't find any.

I did not received mine yet but according to the reviews the ring works as a guide to build after your done & happy with your build the choice is yours you can keep it or remove it.

I like them both a lot. The Aromamizer allows for many different builds, which provides me with entertainment . I would rate the build quality better on the Aromamizer as well.

However, if you're between this and the Crius, I think the Griffin is the winner.
