Ime, JB Weld is slightly conductive (steel shavings?) and ruins any project I use it in when used as an electrical insulator (heat resistance is of course great). I'm surprised this is working for you. There's no JB Weld taste in your vape?
Anyway, I didn't know this atty was so knew. I bought one from subtanksupply and it's expected for delivery on the 29th. Haven't got as much experience as most here, only coming from a Velocity RDA and TFV4 with TF-R2 deck myself, but will chime in with my thoughts on it after it arrives and I get some time with it.
According to the JB Weld website, the original formula is an electrical insulator, and is non-conductive.
My repaired deck read 0.00 resistance without coils, and worked just as well as any other insulator. I let it fully cure, and then washed it before I used it, and there was no bad tastes.
However, the deck was still so loose, that it leaked like a swiss cheese donut. So I didnt use it for long.
I recieved my replacement deck from WetVapes (props to them for awesome customer service and the free "gift" they sent me) and it has been working flawlessly for the last 3 days.
My properly functioning Crius is an excellent tank. Not even a hint of leakage.
So to anyone who is experiencing leakage from the afc/jfc rings,...... it's not your fault..... it's just bad QC from OBS. A properly made Crius deck does not leak from that area.

Interesting. I've had bad experiences with both the original and JB Qwik blends in this respect. If it works it works, though.

When I placed my order it said ships in 3-5 days I checked the site this morning & it said "Ships after Jan 25th." not sure if this applies to new orders only or for both new & old.
Yea got the tracking number. I did preorder so the Jan 25 might be there 2shipment they are getting but I don't know.
I am on their site now and it is showing they have two left in stock..... Did you add it to your cart and then it said that about shipping? I am not seeing that. Maybe they had two cancel orders?
