I could never do that. Flavor is far too important to me.
I am just kind of over the whole mess these days. One thing tastes as good as the next to me especially if I am not building, dripping juice and having problems. I do notice that with both my Zeus and Blitzen that my cotton does not get gunked up as fast as it does with my Aromamizers. Anyone know why? TrollDragon?

Hi All,

Been really enjoying the Zeus Dual RTA. the other day I was lazy and used the coils that came with them instead of putting in my own, and these coils are really good in my opinion.

Does anybody know what they are and where to get them?

Thanks in advance.

If it's those Geek Vape braided coils then they are available from quite a few places.
2 in 1 Alpha Braid Coils

I wasn't overly impressed with the braided coil in the Zeus single. I don't have the dual, but can't see them being much better in it.

I think you have to tag @TrollDragon or else he may not see the post.

I've switched out all of my daily use rta's for zeus tanks for the same reason. I just got sick of tanks leaking and trying to figure out fixes. So, do you like the Blitzen a lot? I've been thinking of trying one.

No the Zeus is much better for convenience. The Blitzen will leak too if not wicked exactly right. It is a lot like the Aromamizer, another fav of mine. I think the flavor is better in the Blitzen but the Zeus is much more efficient. I got the bubble glass for mine.

That is a good question. I run my Aromamizers at twice the power I run the Zeus at since they are double coil and haven't noticed one dirtier than the other.

I recently put over 300 ml's of a commercial Candied Pear and Papaya juice through the Titan on the same pair of Rayon wicks. In the end the coil was starting to get quite charred but the Rayon was clean, it could have been rinsed and used again.

A lot of it depends on the juice and what power levels you run the coils. I've seen builds that were run under-powered, those gunked up quite quickly as they were cooking the juice instead of vaporizing it.

I've just got this from Amazon
There is no space between the deck and the base bottom. Anyone else has the same version?

Have you checked the authenticity code on the package to verify it's authentic?

Maybe Geekvape changed it for some reason, also very possible it's a clone since it came from Amazon.

Did you get it from Amazon, or did you mean Ebay?

    Amazon (for UK)
Yes it's authentic. I've sent a message to geekvape as well and they said that it's just a different version
The scratch code also checks out
Check how many ml's it holds. It may be the tpd version.
Can't check that at the moment, but feels like more than 2ml
    TDP means 2ml?

That’s a dramatic change in design. It would have been nice and appropriate if Geekvape published the reason for this change, what “problem” does it solve, and if one ends up with both versions of this tank, are ALL the parts interchangeable???

The only problem it solves is making it TPD compliant for the European market.
The base is filled in to bring the capacity down to 2ml.

    currently running:
Titan (on Cylon) at 68.5 with a .14 ohm dual coil
Mizer (on Hex-ohm) og v2 at 55 watts with .25 ohm dual coil
Blitzen (on Para) at 74 watts with a .14 ohm dual coil
Zeus (on Miniken) at 49 watts with .27 single coil
All juice made by me and no sweetener added.
Educate me! I welcome it and trust you.

Nothing looks under-powered there for sure and I absolutely love it that you run a Titan!

All I can think of is that it's an airflow thing that causes the Steam Crave tanks to gunk up faster, there are many variables in coil height/distance from the openings that can affect airflow. The Zeus is a side/bottom air combo that only has a little coil height option, so that might have something to do with it.

How is the Blitzen for gunking as it is side air as well? Have you tried swapping the juice from the Zeus and Mizer to see if the gunking changes?

If the only change is that space, I would assume that all other parts are interchangeable. But I agree also to the point that GeekVape needs to explain their "versions" a bit better.
I searched through their website and I couldn't find any references to this design at all. Also it seems that all reviewers have the version with the space below the deck.

Building on it means that the cotton will not go under the deck because of no space, but that's fine for me, I managed to build it and works perfectly.
I don't know what else this design affects
