I love the Power Glove. It's so rad.

My parents wouldn't ever get me the Power Glove, I was so deprived as a child :( but I loved me some Battletoads!

Battle toads is the reason I'm going gray already. That game was so frustratingly addictive.

My dad worked at a toy store. I got every game people took back. And a killer Freddie Krueger glove.

Go on, be jealous.

pretty sure Ghost and Goblins was one of those arcade games that were designed solely to keep kids pumpin' in coins. I know some people will say that is the point of 'em all, but come on.. I mean I heard when you beat it, you have to repeat the whole thing again... really? wtf? I couldn't even get to the second turn and I was a pretty talented gamer. Arkanoid, tetris, anything... PRO.. nay, LEGENDARY ninento/arcade gamer from generation 3... but couldn't advance too far in ghost and goblins for some reason. I'd like to meet the person that beat it without any cheats.

Sorry but look at wiki's definition of Generation "Y"
Generation Y - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In my opinion, and in the marketing industry, generation Y is the 25-34 years old (I'm writing this in 2012 - for prosperity!)

But, I must admit that there is no "real" generations - these are only imaginary categorizations that can be debated forever.

I am happy to see that this thread keeps getting action an participation. Let's unite and become a lobby in the vaping community! (I don't care what they say about anyway... I don't care 'bout that! I don't care 'bout that!) ;)
I was born in 1979, Gen X. I am NOT in the same generation as my son who was born in 1999. Nope, no way! ;)

I would have to agree with you. I think us born in 79 are really considered gen X. I think I just consider my self a 90s kind of guy. My best memories of Music, TV shows, etc come from the 90s...

"Weird Al" Yankovic - Smells Like Nirvana - YouTube

Born in 80 (my wife was 79), her experiences and mine were the same. I don't identify as much with the Power Rangers, Furbies, Pokemon...that was kid stuff when it came out.

But Atari 2600 making way for Nintendo, my 8086 to an 8088 to a shiny 486SX25 logging into Renegade BBS, screwing with the TV to try to pick up fuzzy soft core porn on Spice Channel, wondering what the box of beta max tapes in my attic were for, remembering the day I left my trusty Walkman to get a Discman, and wishing I could be half as cool as Zach Morris...those were my bag.
