wow, big news. since Germany is almost single-handedly holding the economic climate of Europe above water (since the UK is off the Euro and doing their own thing) it means decisions like these may carry some really positive ramifications for all of the European community.

Yes, that is great news, and it made my day!
Jeeez... there ARE laws, and there ARE courts, and there IS a division of power - for a reason.
Citizens have rights. That may come as a surprise to some "L'etat c'est moi" (the State am I) politicians - but it is so

And we in Germany (and Europe) are still fighting hard about the attempt of the European Parliament and its bureaucrats to prohibit e-cigs (ban them into pharmacies, which is a de-facto ban) - just because Big tobacco, Big Government and Big Pharma cannot make Big Money out of them.
