Yup, but I'm going on vacation soon and, after more than 5 months of waiting, it would have been nice to carry my Grips with me.

I asked for an update, not for my mods to be finished. I understand the special custom nature of this stuff and, personally, I've made requests that go above and beyond even this custom nature. But if we are told that 20 mods will be ready by the weekend and then seven days pass in absolute silence, I don't think it's unreasonable to politely ask for info.
