I got the impression it's similar but not carbon folder steels - waiting for Brad to clarify. Given how hard a good damascus is to maintain, I'm not entirely sure I'd ever use it. It'd sure be a pretty accouterment though. -Magnus
Re-read post 336 ;) there is little to maintenance needed with this material :)

OMG!!! It's mine! My preciousssss...
Suggestions for a name are kindly encouraged.

Brad, are you still working on the other one (this one looks marvelous)? As I wrote you in my e-mail, I have some problems with vacation and such (for the shipment).

my preciousss....thank you for the custom threaded mod Brad!!!!

I have a link to a company that makes awesome colored Pyrex glass tanks...I own one and can attest to it's soundness. Does not leak a drop and the same company sells the cartos for it...i have an Amber one. I was not sure if it's ok to post something like that here so if anyone is interested PM me and I will tell you where to get one. I won't use it on my MiniGrip of course because it's a juice feeder( threaded for the 4081) but it would look awesome on a straight Grip. Made in the USA too!
