Hi Spider,
Yes I now live in Bridgend. I was born in Liverpool, moved to Cardiff when I was two and consider myself welsh through and through! My family are welsh and I speak the lingo. Anyone else on this forum from Wales then or am I the only one? Let me know..

Klaue, you look like a paedophile (no offense)
Good fun eh ?![]()
Hey lads calm down and be nice, the forum has turned over a new leafWell, in my opinion, he overreacted. It was just a joke..
But oh well, maybe it's just the "cultural difference" - I don't think anyone around here (geografically) would object to this. They would even play along.
Well, all of this is irrelevant. MNZ, I'm sorry. I really diddn't want to offend you.
I think we can close this case now, can't we?
Ooo, ooo, ooo! My turn!
My name is Adam, and I am 26 years old and married. I've lived in the U.S., in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, all my life.
Growing up, I was home schooled from preschool all the way through twelfth grade. That's right, I never set foot in a classroom until college. My family went to our Southern Baptist church practically every time the doors were open, and the college I ended up in was Oklahoma Baptist University. So... home schooled all my life, regular church-goer, attended a Baptist school... behold, I am Super-Christian!
...nah. I still consider myself christian, but I definitely have strong liberal leanings... and I even don't hate gay people! ;-)
I graduated from college summa cum laude with a degree in mathematics, minoring in computer science. I minored in computer science because I realized that it might be nice to have money after I got out of college, and that "I can do math real good" isn't the most marketable skill out there. I very much enjoy my job as a programmer, and I enjoy even more the fact that my wife of 3 years is a programmer as well. We get to come home after work each day and talk nerdy to each other. ;-)
I started smoking in the summer of 2003. I'd been wanting to try it for awhile, and taking the summer to do a mathematics Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program in Mississippi, away from all my family and friends, provided a nice opportunity to try it out. Once I learned from a fellow student how to smoke properly, I was hooked. I did try to keep my smoking to a minimum for awhile, and I was even sort of effective in doing so, but even so, my cigarette usage increased steadily. When my wife and I got married I finally confessed to her that I smoked, and she lovingly told me how stupid I was. Since then, I've been trying to quit, which has ended up with me taking smoking breaks for a couple months at a time and then starting back up. My last smoking break has lasted more than 8 months with no sign of ending any time soon, thanks to electronic cigarettes.
