Hi All;
Several months ago(I believe in August-shortly after I bought my 1st direct connect 5V PT) I searched and searched the web and finally discovered this unbelievably inexpensive beauty which has become quite popular among direct connect 5V Passthru users:

Since then I've purchased several of these gems and have never had a problem with one of them. I've also received a couple of emails from the seller(Steve in Texas) thanking me for the initial recommendation and giving me inventory status updates. Unfortunately, earlier today I got this message from him:

Thank You for your recommendations. I have sold probably 800 of them, as many as 100 to one company. I only have 240 left so when they are gone so is the deal so you might want to let them know on the forum that these will be gone in the next month.

I will have the new one out in May but at a higher price and probably sold only through my distributor.

Just got another update email from Steve:

Mark: You must have sent out an e-mail because I am down to only 80 left out of around 250 I had on Friday.

Not sure how I stumbled onto this - might have been another thread you had posted here. At any rate - I had just ordered one this morning, so I guess I lucked out.

Ive just ordered a couple of these based on good reviews from ECFers and the fact that they are looking to be extinct soon.

Very fair shipping price to the UK and a quick response to my question that I sent earlier on today...can't wait to get 'em.

Here's an email I just got from Steve:

I am out of them now and I have ask my web guy to take them off the sites. Any more orders after right now will have to be refunded.
Please blast an e-mail out that I am out and any purchases will have to be refunded after 4:00PM Central Time today.
