The difference is primarily the battery, although I do see that HealthCabin (the supplier which uses that term "Absolute" eGO) sells their 1000 mAh battery kit with LR (low-resistance), large juice-capacity mega eGO atomizers and cartridges. Most eGOs are sold with standard Joye 510 atomizers. [NOTE: In evaluating prices, bear in mind that HealthCabin is based in China and has high shipping costs.]

The original Joye eGO (called 'Tornado' by Totally Wicked) is 650 mAh. The mega (or XL) eGO as sold by most suppliers is longer and 900 mAh. As sold by Totally Wicked and HealthCabin, it is much longer and 1000 mAh. Cignot sells both types of XL eGO batteries (but not as part of a kit).

Liberty-Flights currently has a very good price on the original 650 mAh eGO (with 510 atomizers): $50 ($40 after applying the 20% off "ecf" discount code) for the "Special ECF Offer" kit. However, they have an even better price on the 750 mAh Riva: $30 with discount code. Other than the additional 100 mAh (and a slightly different button), the EastMall-made Riva is virtually identical and equal in quality to the Joye eGO/Tornado and fully compatible with all of its enhancements (e.g., LR and/or mega eGO atomizers, cartridges, and cartomizers).

A battery from either of these kits would get many vapers through an entire workday. The higher mAh mega/XL batteries would do more than that: perhaps all day and into the evening. The Riva 1100 (i.e., 1100 mAh) certainly would. BreezEsmokes sells a two battery/two Riva 1100 atomizer kit for $48.

[NOTE: If you were to go with a very high mAh two battery kit like that, you might want to consider starting with just one kit for the two of you. That way, if one of you doesn't particularly like it, you haven't over invested. If you like, you can buy a second cone for $7 ... although I would suggest getting a $9 mega eGO atomizer (which makes the cone irrelevant) instead).]

All of that just scratches the surface of the fat batts that are available today. Some of the others (as well as the eGO and Riva) are discussed in my eGOs and Rivas, Hellos, Oh My! article.
