So, we have two kinds of minorities, with one being "more equal" than the other? Thank you for clarifying that the constitution was replaced with Orwell's book.
lmao rofl...

Look, a lot of us would prefer to smoke and vape everywhere we go, some of us remember when we could smoke almost anywhere, but the fact is that's not the society most of us live in now.
I believe its fairly simple. Smoke and vape where its permitted. If its not permitted don't do it there. I don't find that logic to be overly harsh on anyone.
...as an alternative to tobbaco not a variety of.
It was the government who "deemed" it to be a tobacco product.
An anti freeze is the main ingredient in most of my e-liquid, but, as the government sees it, it is nicotine- which is a tobacco product, which is the issue, not the other ingredients.
A science question then...Is nicotine ONLY a derivative of tobacco? If it's not then it's not ALWAYS a tobacco product. I sometimes use Dura True which is a tobacco extract, therefore I would a agree that is a tobacco product. But the others?? Is nicotine synthesized from only tobacco?
I am re-posting this from what I wrote in another thread here. It's my wife that's on my .... now ...

A year ago my wife got on my case so much for smoking, I decided to quit and replace the cigarettes with vaping. This was also done for my own health reasons too.
Everything was doing just fine for the last year. In fact, my wife didn't even get upset with me vaping in the house.
Well, about a week ago, my wife visits her doctor and mentioned that I vape .... The doctor tells my wife what a horrible habit vaping is and that the second-hand nicotine could have health issues with my wife.
Now, everything has changed ... My wife is on my .... again, just like she used to be when I was smoking cigarettes ... I try to explain to her that vaping is much safer than smoking, but she says that I am in denial.
At this point in time, I am just fed-up with the whole thing!
Ty Ginny for the clarification!Nicotine is a natural product of tobacco, occurring in the leaves in a range of 0.5 to 7.5% depending on variety. Nicotine also naturally occurs in smaller amounts in plants from the family Solanaceae (such as potatoes, tomatoes, and eggplant)

So you are all good with these new restrictions in New Orleans then
This just makes me![]()
Start looking at porn when you get the urge to vape instead...She'll change her mind quick!! LOL
Why the {Moderated} would you feed that argument Steve? LOL
It just looks to me like New Orleans wants everyone who didn't leave because of Katrina to go ahead and get out of town. Because that's exactly what I would do -- I would not live someplace who thought they had a right to dictate to me what I could do in my own vehicle. That is tyranny, MINDLESS tyranny, and I would not stand for it.

Not sure how that applies to a drive through atm.caramel, when was the last time you went to an ATM and didn't have to stand in line with a bunch of other people?
Maybe it's my location but I'd say almost never.
I think those regulations (which I haven't read) are probably legislated because
though the ATM machine won't be bothered by your vapor the people using it might be.
As a truck driver... if I understand this right... As I'm waiting to get gas or go through a weigh station... or even doing my mandatory 10 hour break...I did say I haven't read the law, which I would like to if anybody cares to link to the actual legislation.
Honestly, no. I haven't read the OP but the comments about it. And, no. Vaping in your car should be your prerogative as it bothers nobody.
Even in Florida where driving is a privilege and not a right, police need a warrant or probable cause to search your
"private property". The fact that my truck is considered private property makes it an extension of my home.
Considering that my home is supposed to be out of bounds for the law
(stress supposed to be, ever since the no-knock law was passed that's an iffy presumption)
so should what I do in my vehicle.
Moreoever, since ATM's are usualy on private property it's not like you're driving your private property on the public street
which is what makes it a privilege.
In short, I agree with you and the law, which I haven't read, is ridiculous,
If the law restricts vaping outside where others get to deal with it
I can condone it but in your car, no way
After 20+ years, Im a contractor now. Some Sergeant Major stopped me on Disney (the main strip on Bagram Air Field, AFG) and scolded me about smoking in designated areas...."and that includes vaping!"
Even in a war zone....smh
Cool!? I counted 112 ladies of the night in a half hour when in Washington DC once..
This was on M street if I remember correctly, a couple of blocks from the White House.
I started counting while I waited for my girlfriend, got propositioned several times.
Then when she finally showed up she helped me count to make sure we didn't count the same girl twice.
Anyway, that was in Prague?
Wow! I have a theory. Prague is so much fun because in 1993 it again became a cultural center of Europe,
and place to go for tourists because of the many landmarks of it's 1000 year existence.
it is still new like an adolescent child playing with it's new found freedom.
You guys have a very interesting history.
Tell me, do you think if the Czech Republic wasn't in the European Union, do you think it would be as freewheeling as it is today, as much fun? If it was still Czechoslovakia and the Iron Curtain wasn't torn?
Would de-annexation if you will, influence your ability to find vaping supplies and juice.
How readily available are they now?
Pardon all the questions, Bro. But I'm a nosy vaper
Hazy![]()
