Ok, so more than three hours have passed since my last guess. I was going to put in another guess but I've already guessed correctly previously. I managed to unscramble the face and the eyes don't lie. There's only one deceased American that has those eyes. Combined with the nose (once properly sized) and the slight deformaty of the mouth, I am 99.9% sure that I (and many others) have guessed correctly. I would post the modified picture but I'm not sure Imeo would like that, ha-ha!

When I say goatee, I mean every beard small or big, with or without moustache etc. I mean that someone has hairs on its chin. I cant go into deeper details, I have already gave a very big help till now Kris

I wasn't asking for anymore hints, honestly! I simply wanted to know what your idea of a goatee was, everyone has a different idea of what one is. I certainly don't want to throw in guesses that don't match the hints you have provided...that was all!
