Too many people want to be moderators. We have great ones on this site and they do a great job.
While I'm at it, my super forum pet peeve is people that don't read the entire thread before putting in their 2cents. If you don't like what's being said then STOP READING THE THREAD! Duh!8-o Posting replies like "This is stupid" or "This person is an idiot" is, I think, quite juvenile.
Imeo had a great idea to put together an e-cig that uses standard atomizers, available batteries and could be easily repaired by the owner and has, I think, succeeded briliantly. Where would we be if someone said "The automobile has been invented already why try to improve it."?

I have always thought that the biggest benefit of competition was innovation. That is why I like "open source" because it allows us to build upon those that came before us. That way we all grow.
I would not call the GG a SD clone. All the mod are just better battery boxes. We haven't figered out the att yet. Most of the other mod could be conidered SD clones (mabey). But only cuz the SD is made from a flashlight. Imo completly designed his and made it from scratch.

Imeo , i don't "follow" anyone , what i cant stand is someone taking credit for an idea that for one isnt his and second , that has been around for a long time. The fact these people here can't see that, yes it's a nice little mod , but it's not anything new in concept
You never saw any 'battery box' mods before the screwdriver so in essence yes all these battery box mods come from trogs concept.
some post in other forums other than this one because this place is run by an elite minority that most members feel obliged to follow. Being a very active member in the "new members" forum and doing all the "welcome to the forum" cr4p does wonders for recruitment...obviously.
I have no Problems with Imeo taking credit for making this ecig and he deserves credit where it's due.
But to say it's his "Idea" and take credit for the concept is just Bull5hit and i'm amazed no-one see's this has been done before. It's like Mazda taking credit away from Henry ford for inventing the automobile. Sure a new mazda R3 is a great improvement over the model T but it doesn't make it an innovation, It's still an automobile.
