so there can be a space between the cotton and the hole where the liquid comes from the channels and the base will not be floated?
or must the cotton touch the walls of the base on the inside?

Yes, when I built my coil yesterday I put the big silica all the way down the channels, all the while thinking "This can't possibly be right".
putting or not putting wick in channels is your choice guys. Try the best method for you. Tilemahos can work on both ways.
Ok so i made a video on the Tilemahos V2 22mm RTA watched it and my camera work was the worst and it was a little long i had a good laugh it will have to be redone! but i do have one question i am very familiar as most of us are with GG tanks and my question is if someone is comfortable making coils then i myself would not consider tv2 how do i say this an over complicated device ,yes many parts but once you have assembled a few times you should be OK i would say a quality well made advanced design premium product but easy to use and very forgiving because of its many features "its for everyone". This assumption would be correct.? I ask because I have used GG exclusively for some time.
I would agree. Tilemahos gets back to simpler GG roots, as in the great and groundbreaking Odysseus. Yes, there are parts. Every part serves a purpose though and assembled I think I'll be leaving them alone.
For me, the other end of the spectrum was Ithaka. It had so many adjustments and options and doodads and widgets it was a bit over the top, for me.

Compare it to another top atty, the Taifun GT (1or2) one of my favourite atties beside GG. Those two have a lot in common, speaking of flexibility and ease of use. Making coils is a breeze. Silica, cotton, stainless steel mesh ... everything is possible and vapes perfectly. And now ad the typical GG factor: the easy to use liquid control, the stunning finish, the different versions. Its a killer device. I wouldn't say its better than an Ithaka (update). But its more adapted to current vaping habits: more airy, enough place for big coils ... and a lot less expensive. But it keeps all the goodies from Ithaka and the other GG devices. If it would look better i had at least one or two of it ... but thats only my taste. for the rest of the world this can be the Best GG ever and in any case an exceptional atty. Interesting, that its so ignored by other reviewers.
I have to say something. The Tilemahos V2 is not helping with my vaping habits. Today I had to refill the tank 5 times. The Penelope V4 two times. [emoji15]

Have tried many atomizers beside GG in the last month. Taifun GT II, Kayfun V4, Squape R, FeV 3. All gone, Tilemahos beats them all. Easy to setup, great taste and performance. Best atomizer with Ti and Rayon ever. Love my IN'AX and my Origen Genesis, but they are ESS (I know your opinion, Imeo ), but Tilemahos V2 is equal, but easier to setup. Great

Penelope is nice, I like my V3 but I get much more flavour for some reason out of Tilemahos. Now that my centre pin is broken I went back to my Pene until I get a new one and the difference in flavour is more than noticeable.
Got my 21mm v2 Tilemahos in the mail today from ECG! Really wanted the 22mm but I missed out on the first batch, will have to snag one the next time around. Couldnt wait though, I ruined my original Tilemahos the other day when I put down my GG4S and it wasnt locked . Needless to say it was left firing for who knows how long and melted some of the plastic pieces inside.
Loving the v2 so far though! The clear tank was a welcomed addition as I missed that from the Ithaka.
Completely agree here! I bought a kayfun v4 the other day as a kind of a second alternative RTA. Nice device but the Tilemahos is much easier to work with!

As for GG4S, button cant be pressed even if its unlocked. Maybe you left it in a soft surface and not on a table?
