This is amazing and very impressive! I am not in the market yet for something like this, but I am truly impressed and wanted to tell you.

This may be THE ONE! As long as it survives the Kendra test of reliability, I would be very interested in a Transformer for penstyle atomizers.

LOL, Breakfastchef-- but, I am now completely happy with my updated GG and the service I rec'd-- it's a perfect device and completely reliable. :)

I have never posted in this forum before, so firstly, hello everyone !

I am an e-cigaholic ...yes I admit it !

And I have tried, very, very hard to stay out of this forum, what with Imeo's obvious charm and the extra charm of the Transformer, I knew I would never get out again... without making sure that some of these would be wending their way to the UK in the next few weeks..

I gotta have one.....lol

The absolute versitility of the Transformer is just amazing, and the idea of being able to have the heavy vape I need in the morning, right up to the lighter one during the evening, all from one PV is just too good to resist.

So count me in....

Welcome sar,

The 5v as cosisan said to its review, gives a smooth draw but the 6v GG hits just like the analog, so no need for 5 volts (for me). So the throat kick is not small. As for stretcing attys, keep them wet and you will have no problems at all:):)
Imeo, I am ready for one! But how long will it take to make? I am not sure I understand the process, but it seems that you are making these yourself? So if you get many orders, there could be a year-long waiting list to get one?

I've tried the smokejuice.co.uk website, but there is no order or pre-order possible. Actually I am getting some strange javascript or such code shown on the page and can't even get to anything like GG order or information page.

Hi Christina! and welcome aboard;) What were you thinking? joining with a name like that!8-o Aw man you done it this time. Sakis (imeo) is going to be all over you like white on rice, lol. When you put the transformer in that perspective, I want one now too! That 18650 battery sounds wonderful also, run time of 10-12 hours. Even though carrying 2 extra cr2's isn't really a burden but still. I WANT one! Thanks alot;)

you will read about it,
you will like what you read,
you will want it,
you will get it,
you will love it
and that's it, you are lost forever,
you will never want to be without it.
sounds like a great lover doesn;t it
sh*t, I better get another one !!!!!!!!!!

lil bunny races off to fire up the credit card --- again !!!!!

OH Wow... what a welcome, thank you all !!

I am hooked already !

And as for the GG transformer.... well I cant wait !

I have been reading and reading since I first posted, and yep... all I have done is got more and more confused...lol, dont worry,, its easy done in my case..lol

I noticed Tim has posted that he has the Nano and the Grant in stock now.

The Nano, and correct me please if I am wrong, is of similar voltage to the SD, that being a 3.7v... right? which it is said, is better for those who enjoy a cool vape.

How do I know I prefer that? lol,

I havent tried anything like the GG so I dont know...

I know this...

I started with a 901, went onto a 510, which I preferred, although it lacked a bit on flavour. Then I went onto a JantyStick, which I do adore, but, I am not in raptures over the 801 atomiser, I just cant get the juice out of it....lol

Hubby has a SD, which I find rather awkward to use, due to button placement. But my worry is this...

I dont think I would like going back to a 901 atom, although I could be wrong...lol and often am...lol, 510, yes I think I would be fine with that, but I also want to conquer this 801...lol

I have also read that the GG is more for the person who drips, well, that wouldnt be a real hardship, as I am having to do this constantly with the JS as I cant get the juice out of the cart...lol

So, the result is draw, draw, draw, all lovely and flavourful, then draw...no taste, so time to take the cart out again....lol

Now you all can understand why I feel the Transformer could be right for me, as I could then try the things I have no experience of, and find the right atomiser for me.

Now I feel I have fully introduced myself...

Yes, Iken, I signed up using my real name, way back when I started on the road to e-cigs, and unfortunately It cant be changed, but in most places, I am known as Cat...lol

I feel a little awkward jumping in to give advice or clarification since I haven't even gotten mine yet, but...

I ordered the Grant (was too impatient to wait for the Transformer :D) because it gives me the option of vaping at either voltage power. I'm like you, Cat - I don't know which I prefer, yet.

As for the Transformer... it's my understanding that the voltage power options don't change from that of the Grant. Only that it allows different types of batteries which could extend the run time. And the handy option of having an extra place to store attys/carts.

I could be wrong since I have no knowledge about batteries, etc. :D Experts?

Oh yeah... I also ordered it because of it's aesthetics - I love the way it looks compared to other similar units. And because it appears that both the developer and the supplier are VERY attentive to their customer's needs.

Christena -- look for Blue --

OH Wow... what a welcome, thank you all !!
we are a family here , we look out for each other

I am hooked already !

so are we -- ha ha

And as for the GG transformer.... well I cant wait !
neither can we

I have been reading and reading since I first posted, and yep... all I have done is got more and more confused...lol, dont worry,, its easy done in my case..lol
there's a lot to learn, just keep asking, we will all help --

I noticed Tim has posted that he has the Nano and the Grant in stock now.
yes, he did

The Nano, and correct me please if I am wrong, is of similar voltage to the SD, that being a 3.7v... right? which it is said, is better for those who enjoy a cool vape.
right

How do I know I prefer that? lol,

I havent tried anything like the GG so I dont know...

it is absolutely a preference for each user --

I know this...

I started with a 901, went onto a 510, which I preferred, although it lacked a bit on flavour. Then I went onto a JantyStick, which I do adore, but, I am not in raptures over the 801 atomiser, I just cant get the juice out of it....lol

I am a 801 user, I love 801-- I got the 801 adapter for my GG
I get 60 - 80 puffs from an 801 cartridge -- they have to be filled properly to achieve this tho.....

Hubby has a SD, which I find rather awkward to use, due to button placement. But my worry is this...
hate buttons on the bottom-- cant use em----

I dont think I would like going back to a 901 atom, although I could be wrong...lol and often am...lol, 510, yes I think I would be fine with that, but I also want to conquer this 801...lol

I love 801, and Iken has forced me to try 510, so am getting that this week, new toy, will report back later---

I have also read that the GG is more for the person who drips, well, that wouldnt be a real hardship, as I am having to do this constantly with the JS as I cant get the juice out of the cart...lol
no, -- GG is for everybody -- drippers and cartridge users, many of us use carts with our GG

So, the result is draw, draw, draw, all lovely and flavourful, then draw...no taste, so time to take the cart out again....lol
with larger cartridge, more puff puff puff -----

Now you all can understand why I feel the Transformer could be right for me, as I could then try the things I have no experience of, and find the right atomiser for me.
With the transformer we will get a choice to use all different sizes of batteries, and attomizers, it is well named, transforms itself to all different sizes for different sized batteries, different power outputs, and different attomizers with the adapters ----

Now I feel I have fully introduced myself... Hi Christena ----

Yes, Iken, I signed up using my real name, way back when I started on the road to e-cigs, and unfortunately It cant be changed, but in most places, I am known as Cat...lol

Hi Cat ---- Bad Bunny welcomes you to the GG family ------

Lol Cat, I definitely feel you on the name change business!
Your taking the same road as most of us here with so many different products. I hope you really enjoy this one:)
As for the 901 on 6volts, I don't care too much for it honestly, It is quick to heat and can be harsh and a hassle to drip although Tim said that he uses the teabag method http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/18255-tea-bag-tea-filters-where-who-how.html for filling his carts, I have not tried it with a 901. I do LOVE using the adapters to death though! The 510 and 801 do remarkably well with 6 volts. You should wait for the transformer since you undecided as of yet. It will be released in 12 days? I'm pretty sure. And not to mention Imeo is releasing a new button lock system, which is going to complete the perfection. I'm not to keen on the details when that will be out but I'm pretty Suzi is getting it also:) Speaking of she definitely right too. You can get get battery spacers for the GG upon request from Tim :)

I don't think the one I'm getting has the protected button (again, I just couldn't wait). But, Imeo has said if it's a problem I can send it back for an update for a nominal fee. More than fair, IMO.

I also added some battery spacers

DealExtreme: $2.36 Super-Strong Rare-Earth RE Magnets (8mm 20-Pack)

while ordering spare batteries.

How man has struggled with such since he's constructed objects. Beauty of course is in the eye of the beholder. But I haven't seen a more elegant e-cig. If you know of any other pretenders please share..:)

Hello to all you lovely people from me as well :D

For the last couple of days I've been trying to thoroughly read up on the GG & I am so loving everything I have read so far :D

I strarted off vaping last July when I bought a Super Mini DSE 4081. Next one I bought was a DSE 901 & then I treated myself to an SD at Christmas. I was thinking of buying another SD as back up but after reading all the wonderful posts in this sub forum, I think I would prefer to buy Imeo's GG. I also like the idea of buying through SmokeJuice, as Tim seems such a lovely person as well :)

So here goes, I'm not going to wait for the Transformer as the GG Grant looks like it is going to be perfect for me - takes big breath (cos I'm not very good at spending money on myself ) Off to place my order. Yikes , I just hope there are some left 8-o Or I will

Apologise if I've posted this on the wrong thread.
