  1. Not UK made e-liquid (at least not initially).
  2. I am unable to supply to the US due to insurance issues. :( So unless or until this can be sorted out, you'll have to deal with Imeo direct or his new US supplier once they are up and running.

Sorry man, but my insurer quoted me a HUGE premium to supply the US because of the way your court systems work out there. :(:(

I hear ya Lisa, It's near impossible for even US Suppliers to obtain product liability insurance on e-cig/e-liquid products. The fact that the whole genre is , legally, still unapproved in the US gives most policy underwriters pause. I totally understand why you would not want to be totally exposed in terms of liabilty.

Exactly - some people are happy to supply without this insurance in place - I am not. My insurance covers me fully for the rest of the world - just not the States. It's the judges ability to award punitive damages that pushes the insurance rates way up. :(

Sorry for all the people this means cannot buy from me, I'd love to have you all as customers, but hey, I gotta do this properly and by the book, or not at all. :)

(I think I must have been a lawyer in a previous life or something.)
