They arrived?

They arrived few days ago and I had to pull few strings to get them. I also had to pay a lot to get them out of where they were found, but my only problem is that one had multiple deep scratches, more like small dings, and both have the bottom cap that doesn't completely screw to the tube.

Screw on bottom is normal, scratches are not, they all left here in good shape :(

Very glad they made it through and sorry couldn't send registered post to Lebanon.

Tell me more about the postal service there and why you had to pay to get your own goods.

E-cigs and any other unclassified devices are automatically stopped by the customs. From there on, everything becomes prohibited or admitted, depending on the price you pay for the procedure. And when you send them with normal postage, they follow a channel that I can't control, and therefore costs me a lot to unblock. But when you send them through registered mail, they follow a channel that I can easily control. This is why I never order anything unless delivered through registered mail.

I've a little GGTB battery conumdrum which I wonder if anyone would be kind enough
to help me with . . . . . as I still haven't recieved the DX 17670's ( nor have they responded to email enquiries on the whereabouts :| ) so thought I'd give some 14650's a whirl.

They've arrived today, but are a bit too short to fit the GGTB by themselves, with the false battery they're too long, even with just the main section of the false battery.

Am I missing something obvious, which is entirely possible given my technical know how.

Maybe I need some of those magnet spacer things to make them a wee bit longer?

take a plier buddy, its very easy. Ask a friend to do that for you. I am also making a new spring that will allow more batteries inside GGTB. I have notice that some cr123 are 2,5mm longer each so 2 of them are 5mm longer inside GGTB. I will send it for free to all my customers (if you want to have it of course), you pay only the postage

Is the shiny aluminium finish a coating?
I thought the GGTB main tube was brass....

How's production coming along Imeo? Must be getting close......I hope!
The original ones were plated over bronze if I'm not mistaken, mine should be arriving w/in the week(I hope)... and now I'll have to scrounge up to get 4 more in the new finishes LOL.
Are there new finishes for the TS also Imeo, if so I'm going to have to get another job to afford them all :)
