GGTS with UFS is almost impossible?

I just purchased a GG (woot! glad to join the family) and im having a slight dilemma/issue/headache already.Have yet to use it yet still sadface.jpg. I have a SS liquinator but not sure on how the best setup would look on the GG and looking at the UFS as a second option.I heard you cannot buy GG products from other GG vendors except your local one?My local vendor doesnt have much in stock, presuming thats like elsewhere too but anyone know where I can find a UFS new or used that ships to Australia? I feel like because im a late joiner, im missing out.Anyone who can point me in the right direction rocks! hehe

I've got some good news and some bad news .

Good news is that since UFS is discontinued, you can order it anywhere if it's not availably locally.

Bad news is when the went 'discontinued', AU was the only place that had them (14), and they went quickly.

Does the Odysseus look the same as ufs? Clear window? I like to see the level of my juice.

Also does it work with 510 cartomisers? Im not a fan of atomisers

Odysseus can work with atomizers -- but it's big thing will be using repairable atomizers (you make your own). I am not so sure about cartomizers, but atomizers work so wonderfully in the UFS, so you may have a change of heart

Welcome to the GG family. As for using a carto tank you can use one of your rethreaders and a 901 to 510 adapter (I buy mine from mad vapes) to have it sit right on top of the overflow tank should look like this.

This allows you to use the air controll ring like normal but removes the 901 top cap. Or you can use a shorty 510 to 510 and a regular 510 to 510 to have it look something like this.

This method does not allow use of the air controll ring unless you put an o-ring in to cover the air holes around the top adapter.

As for UFS your best bet is asking in the classys. Hopefully you can find one at a reasonable price.

Finally the Odysseus should be shipping soon but it is coming initially in rebuildable short mode only so if rebuilding coils isn't your thing it may not be for you. However Imeo will be sending the pieces to use normal 510 attys out to his vendors a couple weeks later so that may be something to think about.

Most cartomizers will be to long for the initial pieces however Imeo may make a mouthpiece that will work with cartos later.

Why was the ufs discontinued! If only I got a GG earlier

This is the one I use
901/808D Battery to 510 Atomizer adapter

This one should work as well and would be much cheaper to try
GG ECIGS AUSTRALIA - 901 to 510 adapter

As for why it was discontinued I think it is because once the complete Odysseus is released it should do almost everything the UFS can do. Granted the initial atomizer mouthpiece won't work for most unmodified cartos but it will work well with atomizers and if you really want to use cartos you should be able to buy the standard boge cartos and cut them down a bit to fit.

Watch the videos in the linked thread.

The design of Odysseus looks to make it infinetly flexible, Imeo just had to get the right base design for it, so it will supplant the UFS. I imagine once people have it in their hands and get the right combo of things working for them, UFS will be more common in the classified forum.

If Imeo ships a ceramic with two angled side slots rather than the single top slot.. I'll IM you when it's my hands, as I'll never use the UFS after that (assuming the d*mn thing ever gets here! - Yea, I depleted the AU inventory by 1)
