#5. Over an hour rule....
Wonder if ECF has lost people that will not return with this server mess.

YA' THINK - i've almost had it trying to keep up with "Stuff" here on ECF and worse is posting - PITA . . .

If it wasn't for the people here and a couple of the other threads I subscribe to - I would be taking a vacation from ECF until they get this mess straightened out . . . Justa Sayin' . . . ;)

I had someone actually open up my jewelry box once while I was showing the house we had for sale. I asked them what the hell they thought they were doing. That does NOT come with the house. People amaze me. Sorry blue.

4: Good grief for you and liblue1!!! Get the h### out of here!! might be what I said.

Chinese for dinner- wish they'd leave out the salt.

No kidding. Every time I eat Chinese--which I love, by the way--I wake up in the middle of the night totally dehydrated!

Well if anything we can chat while doing a build, Doc. I have never been a huge fan of video anyway. I'm too shy :)

I think the RSST is the one of the best to learn on. I never tried a KFL and my Russian apparently now seems to have a defect of some sort. Figures, cuz I was gonna sell it. Oh well the company says I can return it so no big loss.

Time to go make dinner see you all a bit later.

Well, I'm not shy. A little self-conscious of the way my voice sounds on video, though.

What's wrong with the Russian? I haven't heard anything about a flaws--at least in the coop planning thread. Apparently there is now a new version with improved threading and an "upgraded drip tip" (whatever that means). In fact, the latest delay was to poll interested people to see if they wanted version 1 or 2. . . if there's a known flaw, I will pass. . .

Yesterday a lot of people seemed to have a rotten day. . . today was mine. I've had a feeling that one of my colleagues was trying to do everything in her power to make me look bad. Unfortunately, we have to work together on several things. The latest is that we were supposed to put together course schedules for the fall semester, and she just did it without my input. She had emailed me, and her email got sent to my spam folder so I never saw it. I apologized, and then diplomatically asked her why she didn't pick up the damn phone when she didn't get a reply. Now I'm concerned she's going to use this to make me look bad. I liked my partner's reaction: "Go in tomorrow, hand in your resignation, and get on a plane to Minnesota!" I wish that was a realistic option!

Okay, I'm done ranting. . .

#1. While this isn't the same as someone opening up a jewelry box while looking at a house, I one time rented a condo and was moving to a townhouse I purchase so the owner wanted to show the condo during working hours - which he is entitled to. At the time I was working graveyard and went to bed around 3:00pm and got up before I had to go to work. He decided to show the condo when it was my sleep time. When the couple walked into my bedroom and noticed me in the bed, they were totally embarrassed and abruptly left. The next day I get a call from the owner stating he was keeping my deposit since he couldn't show the condo. I never stopped him from showing the condo, just that I would be sleeping after 3pm. He didn't know that I would be sleeping at the condo. Not sure where he thought I would be sleeping.

Woh Kaun Thi?

Did you hit your head, LD? Should we send help? ;)

#2 received my MVP 2 yesterday, my first upgrade from EVOD starter kit. I'm just getting it dialed in and it is pretty awesome.

You'll love it. The battery seeminly lasts forever without need to be charged. I have two I use daily (I like having several flavors ready at one time), and another in the mail to me!

Well, good night everyone!

BTW: For those interested in Coiling Equipment and Coiling information - one of "Our" Dear Friends and "Old" Family Members actually has a blog that I just remembered talking about her experience and what she uses - "Lisancentraltx" here:

Nice bruv!!! ive never used an mvp2, and the VW makes it super appealing!
my first real upgrade from an ego-c to a twist was the first gamechanger. using VW, is the easiest way to get the best vape consistently. set it and forget it..

i just used the ceramic wick for the first time. few observations. (readyxwick)
1) i cant tell much difference to ekowool, they look the same
2) there is a tiny tiny hollow hole running thru the center, kinda inbetween hollow and threaded eko
3) its not brittle. it has less give to it than ekowool, but does not break as i had assumed. using nailclippers to cut created a little fray, but is controllable more so than the eko
4) it wicks crazy fast. faster than cotton
5) crazy expensive
6) flavor increased dramatically

read #6, then #5, then #6 again.
for my drippers i am sold on this stuff, for RTAs: TBD

now my gripe with this build,
doubled over wick created a large diameter coil. crudely wrapped 4/5 with 28g. without an ohm reader i can only guess it to be above 1.5ohm, possibly as high as 2.0
i base this off of observational/comparable coil heating (time / perceived temp), vapor production. etc...
i need to find a sweet spot for the ID of a MC to pull the doubled with thru.

the other option is to attempt to wrap a MC around a single wick. (this will prob be my next course of action)

because it is expensive, i dont wanna tear out the first build...... yet
