Are you running yours single or dual coil?

I have two setup as dual coil, and one setup as single coil atm. One is a dual 26g kanthal build, one is a dual 26g Ti build, and the single coil is 26g Ti.

I did take the silicone part off the single coil adaptor and wash that metal piece, too.
