I haven't changed a whole lot, but I had forgotten how foreign the terminology was at first. And how difficult it was to initially discern what was compatible with what.

I solved the compatibility problem with a head on assault......I bought adapters for 401, 4801, 510, 801, 808-d1, 901, Go-Go, eGo, and still have them, just don't use them as much anymore....:toast:

    I'm here, when I'm here
I know I only have 476 posts under my belt and the ECF Veterans are in the 1000's. Y'all have more experience and knowledge and I'm grateful for that cause I've learned so much from you and all of the other fine folks here at ECF.
Couldn't figure out how to get back to my first posts but I seem to remember it was about nicotine safety. That was back in October of last year. Since then, I've asked questions, answered questions to the best of my ability and given advise to new and older members.

I was at a vaping convention yesterday and as I was leaving, a young man, with mother in tow, (thought it was cute) stopped me and began asking questions. He had a ego battery and a Ce4 and wanted to up grade. I made some suggestions, told him which vendors had good prices and told him to check out all the stuff! We talked about tanks, mods, coils, sub ohms, rba's and everything in between. (Mother listening intently) I think I gave him some good advise because of my own experiences and what I've learned here. Before we parted I told him, "Remember this. It's not just a habit, It's a hobby!".

So, in partial summary, THANKS to all the veterans and the outstanding folks here at ECF for my "education". :toast:

    Happy vaping!! :vapor:

My first post was in August 2011. I had just bought a 'fuma' cigalike on the recommendation of a neighbor. I was searching for cheaper refills. Everyone was all like, "get something better, you will eventually'. I said I'd probably move up eventually, but it was going to try to make the fuma work. I think by the end of the thread I had already ordered something else. Lol.

I remember my very first post, without even having to look it up. I had lurked on ECF for weeks, before ordering my first ecig, trying to figure everything out for that first buy. My very first post was my introduction to ECF and my first thoughts as I took my first vape. I still remember that day so clearly. The awe that this might actually work where everything else had failed.

    It did :)

LOL this was fun! I looked up my first ones and I was saying how I just got my V2 Ecig and was satisfied with just filling up 2 cartos a day...also how I stated that 2 30 ml a month was all I used.

There was also a statement made by me that said that there was no way I would pay that much money for a Provari...(currently sitting here puffing happily on my Provari)

I was truly clueless back then. Maybe I should have just stuck with that V2 cause now I prob wouldn't have like 20 bottles of DIY juice in my med cabinent and drawers full of equipment! LOL

I probably have an "I don't need a provari post" somewhere on here. I was always interested in DIY, but I might have said I wasn't interested in building coils. Looks over at #2 provari with #2 Kayfun and home made blueberry cupcake. Uh... Yeah. Okay.

When I was first reading and deciding on what to get, I didn't know if this would work for me. I didn't want to spend that much on something if I wasn't sure it would work. But I did want to give it a good chance so I started with the eGo Twist. Once I knew that in fact this would be the thing to get me off the smoking circle of life, that's when I asked my hubby for the ProVari for Christmas. He obliged :D

I was thinking the other day when I got a package in the mail how excited I used to be when juices I ordered arrived. I used to post a lot about juices, I remember finding one I liked better than the stuff at the brick and mortar here and thinking I had stumbled upon something magical and those first juices were probably god awful if I tried them now, lol.
I used to expect each juice to be completely different and mind blowing each time I discovered something that seemed fancier, more special. Now I realize they are all just similar combinations of a fairly small list of ingredients and there's not one premixed I can't surpass with my own DIY for the most part.

When I started it was easy, fill a clearomizer or atomizer and vape away on an ego.Along the way, it got more involved with genny's, carto's, different wicking material, different setups, bigger batteries with more options. Now I have come full circle back to a simple mech mod, auto dripper with cotton.

Funny you should say that,im back with the same sort of setup as of yesterday,a Vamo in mini mode with a simple Trident dripper with organic cotton.

    Vamo/Trident.
