I just received 60 of these today and they are nice, just make sure you REALLY clean them good. They definitely had been in storage for quite some time and do have a little "funk" to them. A double wash came in pretty handy and there good to go. (Do you realize how long it takes to was 60 of these things twice??")

I don't trust the dish washer with the narrow mouth bottles. I have a special brush that does the trick. But to answer your question it took about 2 hours by hand.

I had 100 bottles (50 glass, 50 plastic) show up yesterday. Mixed up 15 flavors, filled a couple with extractions..

I'm kind of mixed out.. Heh. Also, I need better storage for my DIY stuff. Everything lives in shipping boxes.

I have two of those plastic 3-drawer cases, the small one sits on my desk (9"w x 9"d x 9"h) and the big one to the side of the desk (12.5w x 15"d x 25"h). Fits everything I need + room to spare

I use a Foodsaver vacuum sealer with a Mason jar attachment for homebrewing supplies and other unmentionables. Can't recommend one of these enough for all sorts of stuff. You can use regular glass mason jars and lids, and I hear you can get stainless steel lids too.

The are a flat insert but there definitely poly/plastic, not paper or foil.

Nice...I think I'll prefer that over the cone as those seem to break easily.
