I recall reading through this post, and wanted to share with you what I did. I have kids and don't want them getting into any of my vaping stuff- almost similar to your issue- only I can use my freezer.

it don't look too pretty in the freezer, but it has an actual key lock, is very sturdy, and is big enough for what I have plans for.
the 120mL 100mg nic I ordered from RTS was split evenly into 15mL glass amber bottles with the cone tops. the 8 bottles were then vacuumed in a quart-sized Food Saver bag, which was then placed into a Ziplock freezer bag, then wrapped in bubble wrap, put in the safe, locked and in the freezer it went. for me, one 15mL equals 1 month of DIY juice... and no worries about anything being tampered with.
