Many choices available in that price range. Cartotanks (pyrex) from IBTanked, Phiniac, and Valley View Vapes can be purchased for $40 or less.
RBA tanks like the AGA T2 would also be in your price range.

I really like the AGA-T2 with a ProVari ProRing. It looks almost flush 
Without the ProRing, I think the aluminum Vivi tanks look ok with the beveled top.
But I do like the ProTanks from Vaperfexion too.

I just bought a Cartomator from Vaporfexion. I also ordered an couple SS tubes. For the Full tank and 1 SS tube it was a tad over $40.

I think these are some of the nicest look tanks I have seen. HoosierVapes has one that I love, but they havent gotten the tanks brushed yet.
Big Daddy has a mat black carto tank that is pretty great looking.
Pyrex tube with black anodized caps from IBTanked.

ETA: These are available in 22mm (which will match the provari nicely) in both the standard and xl sizes. The picture shows a complete tank assembly from IBT. Colored options for the tube are available for an additional cost.

Big Daddy Vapors cartotanks. Anodized aluminum with a polypropylene (volatile flavor safe) plastic juice window. They typically have a flat black color, but currently out-of-stock. The vendor does have a "notify me" option to let you know when these are available again.
IBTanked and Valley View Vapes have pyrex glass tanks with color options for anodized caps and o-rings.

I have the protank on it now. It looks like it was made for the Provari. Sits completely flush and is the exact diameter. I ordered a tank from ibtanked. And that pro-v looks cool but thats a lot of money for something that doesn't have a glass tank.
