Good news I am an official Blooger. Just received my Bloog today and I like the menthol, cherry and the vanilla all at 16mg. Not a severe throat hit but I may try the 11mg and after vaping several hours it isn't a bad throat hit at all very nice and smooth. The Mini pcc is cool but will it automatically cut off after the battery is charged or will I need to remove it off of the charging part?

Bad news.... Now I have to buy 2 more batteries, more caromizers prefilled and blanks, and a carry case.

Another question can I use my usb car charger from rivAl on my Bloog Pcc or will it damage it.

Pray for me, tomorrow I try to be completely off my analogs and then I'll get me a ticker like everyone else to see how much money I saved and see how many cigarettes I've avoided. Does the ticker take into account of my vaping investment cost? LOL Guess I'll just have to keep a total and subtract it myself if it doesn't. *Winning*

Well I'm off to Bloog to spend, my luck their stock will be out again. Oh well if it is I might have to wait on my ticker unless I can use the rivAl batteries?

I remember my first day of no analogs, my prayer was "Lord hold my hand today" I'll pray the same for you.
Good luck, you can do it!

Thank you for remembering me in your prayers and I'm hoping it will be easy. The 1st morning analog and after lunch will be the toughest I think. I've been vaping only now for 5 hours and I haven't craved one yet. But it is still christmas day with my new toy.

Was it something I said?
You can do it. I didn't even notice my first day without analogs, it came and went unnoticed. Made it 2 days without even thinking of an analog, I was just having fun playing with the vape stuff. The mini-pcc will shut off when it's done, and you can carry a battery in that slot whenever you want. Just remember that you HAVE to hold that button down to make it start charging, just popping it in and out of the slot doesn't start the charging process.

(you can always look through the window to see if the LED on the bloog is on, it is charging, off it's not)

Hey Evie,
Congrats on your new life. You will be in my prayers as well.
As for the ticker, I just came from there and it looks like it just counts the days and keeps the cigarette count.
I don't see anything that keeps track of your money saved.
nycsublimegirl asked to remove the money tracking when I made the script. The initial version had that (and the code is still there).
Griffin's script has that and a lot nicer designs too (I've got 0 artistic skill and my banners were just examples)

And don't put too much pressure on yourself. If it doesn't happen all at once, it will still happen. You'll just realize one day that you prefer these over those. :)

Glad you like the stuff, Evie. Since your new to vaping, I'd like to tell you that I have experience with all the 510/eGo stuff, LR atomizers and the like, and the riV4L's cartos, and you now own the single best vaping device for quitting analogs. If it becomes a hobby later, you can get into all the mods and etc., but the most analog experience available right now (IMO, of course) is the BMF.

Good luck continuing to vape instead of smoking.

Best wishes with your bloog. I'm a newbie too. I got mine about 7 days ago. I have not yet gone a whole day without an analog. I have not really tried to cause just telling myself that I couldn't have one made me feel panicky. I found though that each day the desire for the analogs fades a bit more and I've been smoking less of them. I think today I've had 3. Two of those as soon as I got up in the morning.

Old habits die hard. I'm finding that it really is like switching brands and that is the best way to think of it. The Bloog really is just as good as a real cigarrete. I can't tell the difference and I've smoked for 40 years.

One trick I'm using that someone here suggested is that I take one of the cart condoms, the one with out a plug, and cut a hole in the end I put that over the mouth piece and it gives the Bloog a softer feel in your mouth like a real cig and it gives you a better grip for hands free smoking. It feels more pleasant to me that way, more natural. I just squeeze the closed end so it pops up and snip a small slice off with scissors.
I think you'll find as time goes buy your Bloog will feel more and more a natural way to smoke. If you have an analog don't beat yourself up. I know I have been doing that. It's counter productive. That just makes you more on edge more nervous about leaving your old friend tobacco, just keep vaping too and slowly the vaper will replace the smoke. I know that is whats happening for me. My panicky mind is beginning to understand that it's not quiting smoking, it's a better way of smoking. I was hoping it would happen faster ,but I know it's happening.

Each day my preference is growing for vapeing and analogs have less appeal to me. I've been using the bloog menthol mostly since I've always smoked menthol. I find it very pleasant though to smoke vanilla with coffee which I'm doing right now. It certainly is pleasant to sit at the computer and enjoy smoking with my coffee instead of standing outside in the snow with my coat and hat on and my family glaring out the window at me. In fact they commented that they like the smell. My son said it smelled like coco. He said if I hung out at weight watcher meetings I would be the most popular guy there.

I hope you are one of the many who start vapeing and immediately loose all desire for analogs, but if like me you are not then just be gentle with yourself. Keep vapeing and I think you will find that it's not giving up something it's getting something better. The pleasures of smoking without the social stigma, and without giving up years of your life. Thanks to the collective wisdom and support of this group I think I'm beginning to turn the corner to a better life. Best wishes, and keep us posted, Louie

When I started it took a week to give up the analogs. I love my mint flavor, but needed that analog taste to help put them down for good. I got a good Salem flavor that reminded me of my Salem cigs. I smoked Salem for 40 years. It took a week but with my cheating flavor I was able to see I could go without the analogs.

That is a good attitude Louie.
I was fortunate that I was able to quit after 48 hours on the Bloog.
But when I'm talking to someone, I don't hard sell them with "this is going to make you quit smoking". I simply tell them that this is a supplement to their current smoking habits. If it helps you quit then that is your bonus.
I figure for every analog you are able to avoid, that is time added on to your life.
So I agree... Don't beat yourself up if you are still smoking. I believe that as time goes on, and you feel more comfortable with your Bloog and your body starts to detox, the quitting part will be a piece of cake.

So to Louie and Evie and any other new folks that read this, keep up the good work. Everybody on this forum is proud of what you are doing and we are all here to help you.

Keep on Blooging...

Very well said. Just take it one day at a time. It took me awhile to learn my vaping habits & preferences, so I ran out of stock a couple times. But once I got that figured out, it was easy to just use these instead of analogs. I've never told myself You Can't! but have found that I just don't wanna.

That is a good attitude Louie.

^Agreed, very well-stated. I'm still a cheater, but I really don't know why. I just get this bad craving a couple times a day that vaping isn't staving off. That's why I keep searching for the perfect juice. Vapor Station Tampa is the closest I've come to a juice that gives you that "chest hit" that analogs do, but I really can't stand the taste of it for long. It's analog-nasty.

I'm still working on it, but 3-4 a day is a lot less than 40.
