Has anyone ordered TI from stealth vapes yet? I want to see if it's really that clean. Cleaning the TI wire with a rag is an annoying process. I sure do like TI vaping though. At least TI isn't as annoying as NI200 on the wicking part.

YES to using slightly spaced (one wire width of space in between) Coils of Ti. Trace, try inverting your Coil where Legs come down from the Top of Coil to your Posts instead of from bottom.[...]
I wonder why people hate on you.... maybe because your a " ". Let's play Mad Libs, everyone! I came to read about where to buy/suggestions and you added notta, even though you have plentiful sources. When people come into your shop, do you laugh because they don't want to waste spectra when they redo their bands? I bet your kind to them. My word for you is "PUNK".Quick question, is it trey-see like a girl or like 'trace' like how a child traces a picture. I wanna know what Im working with here![]()
I have an order for some Ti from Fasttech on its way. Really curious how it'll perform.
I received some today from Fast Tech. I have not used titanium wire before, but it seems to perform as it should.
It looks to be good, yes. The packaging is also nice.
But I really don't like working with Ti. Going to try stainless steel now because making coils has turned into an annoyance for me this way.
Is the wiry shiny or a duller "white" (matte) finish? Also, is it clean? If you wipe with rubbing alcohol does anything come off on the tissue?
Yo han, I've found that depending on the source (and gauge) the ability to form the wire varies greatly. Crazy wire and Stealth are more rigid and have more spring while the Rio wire is softer and forms more easily with a lot less spring. It also holds it's shape very nicely during wicking.
My only gripe with temp control and nickel wire is less battery time because of the low ohm coils. Can I improve that situation with Ti wire? I found a caculator that seems to say a .15 ohm nickel coil rises to .3 oms at 500 degrees. It appears I can make a .8 ohm Ti coil with 28 guage wire that will rise to 1.6 ohm at 500 degrees. My kanthal builds are 1.5 ohms fired at 20 watts and gave me plenty of battery time. Does anyone here know if a .8 ohm Ti build will work without problems?
LOL you have no idea what you are talking about, like you cant even begin to comprehend how wrong you are.......this is cute, get off the computer and stop being an internet warrior.I wonder why people hate on you.... mblahblah blahMy word for you is "PUNK".
Just a though on the Gr2 Sweet Spot crap, remember that this will likely have a different TCR to Gr1 and any of the new mods that have a Ti mode hardwired (excuse the pun) will not work properly!
That's weirdI got some from unkaman and its pretty dirty. Took a lot of cleaning before the tissue stopped getting black crap on it. I ordered some from fasttech that said its grade 1 so now I'm waiting for that to come in to see if its any cleaner.
Ya I was a bit shocked as I got it from him after reading about how clean it was. I was just going to build the coil but I decided to wipe it and I'm glad I did. That's weird
