If you want to lock in the wattage and not risk it getting knocked around, set one of the memory slots to the wattage you want, then just use that as the up/down buttons will not longer be able to change that on you. TBH I've not had that happen to me yet, even bouncing around in my pocket, but I can understand the potential concern.

As for the old/new prompt, I just always hit new even if it's not. The only time that could be an issue would be a tank you're using in TC mode, and you remount it while it's still warm from use on the mod.

1. Not that I'm aware of, if there is, I haven't found it yet.
2. With the mod on, take the tank off, make sure the screen reads 0.00 ohms, then put the tank back on.

Thanks for the reply.. Thats confirms my understanding. Other thing I wish it did was reset the watt setting when it reset the ohms... Switch between a 1.5 ohm coil and .4 ohm coil, always forgetting to adjust the watts when swapping. Need to figure out the memory settings.

Perfect, I'll check the memory settings out, that will help a lot. Not sure what is going on with the watts changing, but a couple times, I started taking a hit and dang it was at 220 watts, just assumed I forgot to lock it before putting in pocket.
